We bought the whole package from Worthing showroom including kitchen cabinets, appliances, quartz worktop and installation in a hope it would make the process easier. We could not have been more wrong. The design was very slow as the designer was either on holiday or not in the office and specifically told us not to deal with anyone else in the office. Emails were not being answered. First installer we were assigned, dissappeared on us. The second installer was good but kept being off with health issues and communication was poor again. The kitchen cabinets and worktops seem of good quality however we were delivered faulty extractor fan (we provided a video proof) and Wren will not send us a new one. They keep telling us that an ingeneer needs to come out but will not give us a date. We refused to sign the kitchen off without it. They were pushing me to sign it off over the phone and when I had to answer the door and asked them to call back later they used a dirty trick and told me they will email instead. They signed it off themselves and emailed me to that effect. I have never experienced more disgusting service.

From the moment we went to the showroom to the actual delivery of our new kitchen, everyone couldn't have been nicer. The guys who dismantled our old kitchen were superb. Also the plumber, electrician and the plasterer. The chap who installed it was very thorough and did a sublime job. Excellent chap with a dry sense of humor! Thank you Wren.

We recently bought a new kitchen through Wren and was very impressed by both their range, quality and attention to detail. Our designer was helpful, attentive and creative with suggestions. Late changes were taken with good grace, and everything was always clearly explained to us. Also the 3D and virtual kitchen mock ups gave a fantastic sense on our final kitchen would and did look like.

We had a fantastic experience with Wren and our designer Declan. From the first design he was amazingly helpful and got us our kitchen in on a very tight schedule in time for Christmas. The result is superb and the quality seems excellent. Communication from the rest of the company was great, and the other team members who took care of measuring and fitting the worktops were great too. Very happy to recommend.

We can’t recommend Worthing Wren high enough. Donna was excellent she really listened to what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. She came up with a super design and loads of ideas we hadn’t even thought about. She kept us updated with everything and assured us our fitters were wonderful as well, she was right NJS installations were amazing. Would recommend them to anyone and would use their services again if we ever move. Thank you Donna, Chris & Carolyn

From the first visit to design our kitchen in the Worthing showroom, through to: installation fitter's visit, teams that: dismantled old kitchen, delivery, installation, electrical and plumbing, waste collection, granite countertops template and fitting, install of composite sink, Wren's communication (email & telephone) from day 1 was above my expectations. Impressed with every 'trade person' and Teams. Highly recommend their service.

From the moment I booked our first design appointment to the day our kitchen was delivered, I can't fault Wren.The showroom is a kitchen lovers dream and the VR look at the design really helped us to envision the design. Fin came out twice to measure because we ended up relocating the kitchen to another room.Our designer, Donna, was incredible. She was so patient through it all, helped us make money conscious decisions without compromising on the dream and kept us up to date with when offers we going to change incase it impacted on when we signed the contract. We felt no pressure from her though and her understanding was very much appreciated.All in all I'd definitely recommend Wren!

From our initial enquiry our advisor/designer Donna, understood and was sympathetic to our requirements, and budget. The design and selection process was pretty stress free, considering the number of possible options on offer, and the final design met all our needs. We decided to opt for a self assembly range and to buy just the units and appliances. The delivery was first class and carried out perfectly, both on time and with care, and we were kept informed regularly of the order progress. The units are accurately made from good grade materials and assembly was well within the capability of an average DIYer, requiring care and organisation, rather than a high degree of skill. The finished kitchen is very smart, practical and perfect for our needs. Many thanks to the Wren team as a whole and Donna in particular.
