The inside is truly incredible. We had our work's Christmas party here and the space was amazing. However the food was really disappointing and the ladies toilet was near the entrance to the door and absolutely freezing. There were also only 3 toilets in the ladies so always a queue! Considering how big this place in - you can imagine the wait!

We booked Empire for our indian wedding in the day and then our reception party in the evening. The venue looked absolutely amazing and we were able to colour match the lighting as we wanted. Hamza was easy to deal with and very understanding when it came to rearranging our wedding dates due to COVID. Definitely recommend!

What a lovely building. I went here for a Christmas peaky blinders party and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, especially given the amount of guests dining. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which was no small feat when dealing with the hundreds of staff christmas party revellers! Overall I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a larger venue for an event.

Great wedding venue. Has all the amenities required. Kitchen is large enough for catering companies to prepare the food. Parking is located on a car park on the side, plus on street parking. I would definitely recommend this place

Very good Christmas night out the atmosphere was magical the location was impressive in an old church with all the old character of the church remained the entertainment was very good fire eaters and disco the price of drinks was reasonably the food was probably the only thing that was not good but its like that when you got so many people there could have done with a bigger main meal but that was my only complaint overall a great night and place to have fun

Had a Christmas works do here in 2016. We all had a great time. Food was good and entertainment and disco also. Only downside the Toilets needed attending more.

Empire Banqueting & Conference Hall
First time coming to this place and I was pleasantly surprised. Very spacious considering where it is located. We arrived on a day where it was 30°C outside and were worried it would be uncomfortable inside, but it was very well air-conditioned. Parking is also available at the venue, almost next door.
