I had bought a beautiful bouquet from Helen James Flowers for my mother's birthday (which she was delighted to receive!) and I was very impressed with the entire service. Bought a beautiful winter flower arrangement in a metal plant pot, looks and smells gorgeous. They also sell cute little Santas and other unusual gifts and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this delightful shop.

Wonderful service, rang up , ordered flowers for a friend's birthday, as were out of area. My friend was absolutely made up with her flowers, they were stunning and delivered on her birthday. Thank you Helen James. Beautiful flowers and service.

I use Helen's florist on a regular basis to send hand tied bouquets. They offer a same day delivery service for local addresses as long as you order by 3pm. My friend who receives the flowers always comments on how beautiful the flowers are. I've never been to Helen's shop as I order by phone but I recommend using Helen's service for telephone orders.

Always use Helen James for deliveries; customer service is great and they always go the extra mile! The bouquets are beautiful and elegant. The shop is in the centre of Harrogate next to Woods; there is always a great selection of potted plants and orchids. They also have a range of candles and gifts. The best florist in Harrogate!
