Tooth Club - Bishop Stortford

I recently made a complaint due to being unhappy with my treatment.The receptionist were accommodating & helped me the best they could.The manager was sympathetic and helped me get booked in quickly to get it fixed.

I needed to replace my bottom tooth flipper and after having read the reviews on Tooth Club, I decided to go ahead and book an book an appointment.What a terrible mistake that was! The female dentist that I saw was just awful! I'm already quite nervous about dentists and she made me feel worse! She hardly spoke to me, and when she did,She spoke to me as I was an irritating kid! I'M NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

Not professional. They lack a dedicated Finance-Accounts manager who understand and value their customers. Did not have an invoice statement to give nor supplied it after it was paid. As there was no invoice on their record, they ended up double charging was what already paid and would not refund it a couple of months later. They even remotely took out money a few weeks after the appointment date. Surely that is not legal! Now they are saying they are owed money. There is no invoice!! It is not right to just expect us to pay whatever they ask for.

Very good service. I spoke to Evie on the phone and she helped and advised me very well. I would highly recommend to all family and friends.

After having such a bad experience at the Ipswich branch I was sceptical that if I was to go to another branch I’d get the same treatment. How wrong this would have been!From start to finish these guys have been sensational & professional. From the very first appointment speaking with Charlie was very easy and he thoroughly went over everything I needed to know in regards to composite bonding. Charlie was polite and punctual and very welcoming. Great start for the staff at front desk on reception, all completely fantastic.The pre assessment of my full bonding treatment and whitening was absolutely great, I met Dr Maryam and she was unbelievable in her professionalism and made sure I was 100% sure I wanted to commit to the procedure. We went through options and overall shape and felt at ease with her presence.The day of the procedure was off the chart, I can not recommend Dr Maryam enough. Dr Maryam has a huge eye for perfection to this craft and she will make your smile the best it will ever be. The attention to detail this lady has is in some way unbelievable. Once the procedure was finished and the results were shown to me it was in some way emotional as to how good and happy I was with the outcome. All thanks to Marymam and her amazing & perfecting skills to create this amazing smile that I didn’t know was possible. Absolute diamond and a huge asset to tooth club!Thanks again Joseph Horne.

Had the best service here, so quick and friendly!Walked you through everything step by step.Glad i waited a few weeks for Mariyam as she 100% did wonders with my teeth.After searching for months i am glad i went with the tooth club, deffo worth the money and would recommend them to anyone!

10/10 service lovely decor brilliant staff I’m usually very anxious of the dentist but they were so accommodating. My dentist was absolutely fantastic!!! I have severely crooked teeth and have been so self conscious for years. I’ve had them bonded today she has done the best job couldn’t be happier thank you tooth club
