I contacted Claire as I was in a desperate place. I was struggling dealing with grief/life following my dad passing away and it was coming up to the anniversary of his death. I felt suffocated by my emotions which I knew was not healthy at all for me.Claire is really easy to chat to and put me at ease straight away. She listened and I felt she understood how I was feeling (we went through A LOT of tissues!). She made me realise it's okay to not be okay and that you can keep feelings close by but make them less intense. After only a handful of sessions with Claire she managed to, through her therapy and chatting, make me feel I could breathe again and be back in control. I also felt I could think again as my head was clearer.I'm now about 6 weeks post seeing Claire and I feel a lot more positive.Thank you Claire for helping me breath again

Claire is amazing. I had some hypnotherapy with her and was quite nervous about going as I hadn’t experienced hypnotherapy before. Claire made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I am already seeing the positive changes she has made to my daily life. It was also an individually tailored experience.
