Avoid at all costs. Terrible service. Take your money, can’t fulfill order, damaged goods. Take over a year to investigate and take no responsibility. Big mistake I made I will never use again and would advise to use the larger reputable companies who are registered to certain bodies to resolve complaints fairly,

Excellent work. Fitted vinyl flooring in the kitchen several years ago. Still as good as new. It took 5 fitters to get it all in ,in one piece amazing job.

Poor customer service. Wanted to buy laminate and carpet from them and really had to chase them up. Once delivered, the laminate had batch problems with it which we noticed once fitted. it had color variations. Nothing was done for this issue. The carpet is already starting to mark and fray.The worst point has been I inquired about curtains and nets/voile's out of curiosity and they still have not got back to me.. 6 months later.Very poor customer service

Good range of carpets with a friendly service

Wow what an amazing team! They just carpeted my sons new house all threw, their work is brilliant they are polite and friendly leave everywhere clean, they go above and beyond they really have helped us out big time, I would recommend to anyone,

I spent a considerable amount of time choosing a flooring for my kitchen. It was decided by myself and the shop assistant that as my kitchen was an unusual shape it would be wise to have it measured by the fitters and they could assess the floor to see if there would be any additional requirements, they would also bring along a sample so I could see the flooring in place.I arranged a time that in all honesty suited the fitters more than myself but it was the earliest slot available.I took the day off work and no one from the company turned up to measure the kitchen, no phone call, nothing.I didn't telephone or attempt to call the company as I am of the opinion that I had a lucky escape, if a company can't be bothered to attend an appointment it probably can't be bothered to do the job properly.
