me and my friends used to come here every morning, and was never impressed with the stone cold sausage rolls, and when we asked for fresh hot ones we just got a roll of the eyes and a huff and our food thrown on the side to us, considering we're paying we should be getting what we're paying for. However, Brad is the only one who knows how to do his job properly and make a perfect sausage roll with great service! :)

Northampton Weston Favell GreggsI want to make a big complaint of this one staff who has been working there for years . Name DAVE . I have been their customer for a long time . Everyone else seems really nice but except one ...... He has never been polite to customers for starter.Today i walked in and ask DAVE whether the pasty were warm . He put the pasty straight inside a paper bag then threw it into my face without a word ,asking whether i want to pick something warmer instead . Bad Customer Service. Then i sat down with my pasty and mocha coffee . The pastry was not only cold but its hard to chew and swallow at times then usual. Thats not it , He was staring at me all throughout looking at me like he wanted to eat me alive . That evil stares by no means acceptable . These kind of attitude should not be allow in any kind of businesses . These people are the ones who could destroy good reputations of any company . Unless Gregg doesn‘t care ....

Surprisingly alright! Quite a large seating area, and after a bit of shopping, sometimes you just want to crash and have something quick to eat. Half of one of the hot bakery sections was vegetarian food, which was great - but they had NO veggie baguettes. The kids both liked their food, and the espresso was pretty good. It does exactly what it needs to do, and the lady in the counter was very smiley and efficient, even in a really busy period

My Wife goes at least once a week for the breakfast options and all I can I'm impressed with there options my favourite is the sausage and bacon bap with brown sauce, if you go near a greggs in the morning please try there breakfast it's filling you would not need lunch until later on in the afternoon. If you have any parties coming up they do a lovely selection of boxed doughnuts

Greggs is a large bakery chain turning out the same limited range of bland products day in day out.Produce is freshly reheated from chilled and kept for ages so hit and miss if your sausage roll is warm! Some good meal deal offers including the breakfast rolls.

Greggs has really come a long way since it opened in our town. Being vegan, I wasn't ever sure I'd be able to eat there but they now have two great vegan savory options in their vegan 'steak' bake and the amazing vegan sausage roll. I've also recently discovered that their glazed doughnuts are also vegan friendly. I'd like to see more options for a sweet fix, but their doughnuts definitely fill a hole. The staff are always very friendly and queuing isn't too bad at the moment at any of the branches I have visited.
