Suit was all fine. But be careful what their system says. They said in person I had 2 days to return after the event. But their system had one day to return after the event so I was charged a late fee. No flexibility despite it being 8am.

It was my big day and I had a 3 piece suit made for me.I must admit this was one of the best suits I've ever had. I had a few made in Thailand but this Italian fabric looked amazing and I had only compliments during the day.The staff was amazing at every step of the way. I recommend anyone to go in this shop if they need a suit for a special occasion.

My experience hiring a suit for a wedding was seamless. The sales assistant was helpful as part of the fitting process, the suit arrived on time and fit well and returning was easy too. Would use again.

The hire suit took so long to come in that it made the final fitting pointless as they couldn't make any changes to the order. It was literally the last few days they guaranteed it would arrive (5 days before the wedding but only two working days to sort any issues out). The collection felt like an impersonal revolving door experience of getting the suit in your hands and out the door as quickly as they could. Despite the email saying it was a final fitting

I went to this place to rent a business suit, Prices are a little high, £200+ for a full set and £100+ just for the jacket. I bought 2 Suit jackets and one trouser in Primark for £37 pound. It was on sale that day

I specifically said it was the first i buy shirt and suit (also for my graduation party) and the team ordered me an extremely cutaway collar shirt which i cannot wear with a tie!The employee with long curly hair was amazing and tried to help me out while the manager was such a cold emotioneless person who only gave me the option to give the shirt back and have a refund, and now i’m left withoht a shirt with my celebration happening tomorrow morning!Extremely poor management skills. Will not come back.

Went in to Miss bros today needing to find a tuxedo for this Friday. Met Carol downstairs who was brilliant with measuring me & finding the perfect Tux for my liking & fitting. Fantastic customer service from Carol & the team highly recommend (Moss Bros Cheapside)
