Very helpful staff, I only went in to get a small butane canister (it's more set up for commercial customers really) but they were very helpful finding it all for me.They also said that it's much cheaper getting it direct from them rather than a garage as well.

Called at flogas Llandarcy today for a gas cylinder for a new fire pit I purchased but as yet undelivered. The staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable as regards the product I needed. They also went the extra mile with advice whether a regulator would likely come with the fire pit and what to do if one was not included. I cannot rate Mike Davies and his staff highly enough for the customer service provided.

awful company. left my 84 year old great grandmother waiting a month for gas after arranging an order. let her down 3 times, go elsewhere if you’re looking for reliability.

In case you want to phone the Swansea department you will be transferred to the head office in Hong Kong they have no idea what you are saying and no understanding what gas you want. The all point having a Swansea number is that you can phone to find out what you want

If I could leave less than 1 star I would.Rubbish company with no existent customer service.Nearly a month to deliver gas.Use Calor gas or someone else
