Really helpful staff, phoned up asking if they unlock iPad and said yes then took it to them and got it back within 1 hour or so. Also they have replaced my iPhone screen a few months back and had no problems with it. Would use again. Saves me going to Southampton apple store.

Took my 12 Pro Max in for a water damage repair. All functions on the phone working fine, but random restarts every few minutes.After 3 weeks, I was asked to collect the phone. Camera system and torch none functional. They tried to dispute this by telling me they didn't touch the camera, but thankfully I had video evidence of the phones condition before taking it to them.It was sent off to the repair center again (at their expense), but I have had no updates for 2+ weeks despite chasing.Thankfully, I had already replaced my phone so I am not dependent on their turn around times, but 5+ weeks is unacceptable either way.I am still waiting to receive an update about my phone. I currently do not have the device or compensation.

I had an unlocking issue. I had tried to do it myself on line with another company but it failed and cost me £6.99. I arranged a same day appointment with Fone Revive Cosahm and he was so very helpful and professional. I certainly will go there any time I have any phone related issues. Highly recommended. VERY poor service, misdiagnosed the issue with my phone and then took weeks to attempt repairs. They lost my contact details and then gave my phone back covered in tape. Sent my phone for a official repair and ALL of the parts inside the phone had to replaced as they were covered in tape. Would give 0 stars if I could and advise that everyone steers clear of FoneRevive.

Needed a new glass for the camera lens on my phone. After noticing the replacement he had was scratched, i was very pleased that he wait for me to return, explained the fault and offered to order in a new piece. He fitted it, and i am very happy with the result.Simple. Easy. Done.
