Total Triumph

I bought a second hand bike from Total Triumph recently and I subsequently had a mechanical issue with it, which hadn’t been identified previously. I called Craig who agreed to look at the issue and I took the bike back. Total Triumph had the bike in their workshop for a day or two, correctly identified the issue, replaced the faulty part and handed the bike back. Throughout this process everybody at Total Triumph has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and has acted with the utmost professionalism at all times & I would like to thank everyone at Total Triumph for their support & I am happy to recommend them for all of their services and will most definitely return in the future.

I needed parts for my damaged Bonneville panniers. I rang Total Triumph as they had posted an avert on the Internet for a complete pannier set for a great price but were listed as no longer in stock. Just to see if they could assist in any way, I rang them. I spoke to Craig who thought he may have a return/old stock set in the store. He sent a video of what he had found. I travelled from Cornwall the next day and purchased the complete set of panniers which were as new, for a very good price. Great staff and service way beyond the the norm. I am very impressed.

I would like to send a massive thank you to Craig and the Total Triumph team. A month ago my second hand Triumph bobber broke down having only done 140 miles. Long story short my bobber had a damaged engine needing costly repairs. Craig sourced me an identical Triumph bobber on my behalf. He sorted out transportation and all the necessary paperwork with my old bike and new one. The new bobber was fully serviced and with a warranty. I am now happily back on then road. I cannot express how impressed I am with everyone who works at Total Triumph. Will happily use them from this point on and would recommend to anyone.

And they want to sell you a bike? I arranged to test ride the Tiger 900 GT PRO with Gary. When I arrived I was looked after with a coffee whilst I waited for Gary to see me, I discussed with the person looking after me the reason for my visit and the demo bike was outside. When I saw Gary who is the salesman the conversation turned very negative and the friendliness disappeared. I was told I could not ride the bike unless I was going to put a deposit down on one, I tried to explain that I want to ride one first but I was met with an aggressive no purchase no ride, I even offered just to ride it in the car park if the road demo was an issue. The conversation started to go downhill from there and I explained I had made the appointment to ride the bike and no conditions were placed upon it until I was in the showroom. In 40 years of riding bikes I have never come across such an attitude, I buy 3 or 4 new bikes a year so I'm not waisting their time. I left very disappointed and annoyed but its their loss as I purchased a new Baja Orange Speed Twin 1200 from Bridge in Exeter off the back of the Total Triumph visit. Having read some of the other reviews about Total Triumph my experience is not unusual. I won't be going back so its their loss. Bridge now have a GT Pro demo available so I will ride theirs and if I like it I will order one. Total Triumph is a disaster!I have just spoken to Craig after reading Total Triumphs quick response and I want to clarify this response as it needs clarifying. Craig confirms with me Gary was a salesman but has now left. I did not purchase the Tiger as I was not allowed a test ride but I did order an orange Speed Twin 1200 I saw in Total Triumph on the day but I purchased this from Bridge so its inaccurate to say I was not a genuine buyer (picture is the bike at Bridge workshop to prove which I will collect next week), last year I purchased MT09SP, XSR700, NS750X, KTM 390 Adventure. This year I have purchased so far Speed Twin 1200, Beta X-Trainer. I would like to thank Craig for speaking to me over this and his apology.

This company was appalling to deal with. After purchasing a bike from them being described as excellent, standard and having it delivered for no extra charge as I had paid the full asking price, I was absolutely shocked and disgusted at the condition. I refused the bike and immediately everyone excluding the delivery driver became hostile. The delivery driver was embarrassed! They refused to refund the deposit until a fee was paid to cover the delivery mileage which they had agreed to cover. They with held my money for over a week, stating that there was no issues with the bike! They refused to release the deposit fee until the mileage was paid. Appalling attitude and stance. The bike which was described as excellent and standard. The bike had numerous defects, bodged modifications and was totally substandard. If anyone would think of using this firm please think very hard and look not only at the reviews but the responses on other posts. Their dishonesty, underhand and morally corrupt practices left me out of pocket by over £300.This review is now being modified due to the response from Total Triumph. These are exactly the responses I am making people aware of. You would like me to contact yourselves yet when I raised these issues nobody cared or wanted to know. You have also gone on to say you have no record. Despite this you state that my review is meaningless and suggesting untrue. So you already make these comments and have audacity to challenge other people's integrity without even fact checking.

So I bought the Total Triumph Slash / Guy Martin Slip on exhaust for the Scrambler. I've never done a straight pipe on a vehicle before. Since starting my apprenticeship, I have changed exhausts on cars before and it's a pretty straight forward process. (Not motorcycles, however)These are definitely more difficult to install than a car exhaust, and I did lose a bit of temper. Be sure to contact Total Triumph before being like myself and losing cool. Total Triumph was quick to provide assistance and I'll give this another go tomorrow.

Total Triumph excellent experience i bought a speed triple 765 rs what a bike all the reviews are correct, if you fancy one head to Total Triumph see Craig Piper,got a great trade in deal and amazing customer service id definitely use them again.there not pushy like other places they give you all the facts again great service. Loving the new bike.
