I used the services of Lantec security to install an intruder alarm system and security lights for my home. The service was top notch right from initial consultation to completion. The team at Lantec were exceptional and were very accomodating to any changes that were required during the installation. The job was completed to a very high standard. I've been with Lantec Security Ltd for over 2yrs and I find everyone I've ever dealt with from Office to Engineers very helpful and friendly without ever over stepping the mark. I find them all polite, reliable and always on time whenever I've had to call them out on the odd occasion. When the system was installed the Engineer took time to show me how to work the alarm for my particular needs. Result: I always feel safe whethervhome or away.

Our experience with Lantec Security was very good, communication throughout the project was excellent and we are delighted with the outcome. The gates and the number recognition system are working well with no major issues since installation almost 3 months ago. Any small issues we have had , have been quickly overcome by Lantec technical team.We also purchased from Lantec a security camera system that allowed us to record the time, registration and colour of any cars arriving and leaving the Avenue. We can also pick up anyone walking in the Avenue, and the video recordings are easy to download. This is giving addition security to our residents.I can highly recommend Lantec, they are very professional, know their business and are easy to work with.

The Engineer Dragos who visited us, was very polite and extremely helpful. He updated our system with a couple of very useful shortcuts, and was therefore informative. He was very presentable and had a gentle persona about him. I hope he services our system next year. I am a happy customer.

I am extremely pleased that I got Lantec Security system installed and I can manage the system through my mobile apps. The customer care is extremely good and the engineers are superb. Just an example, recently since I switched my home broadband to another provider, the Security Alarm system stopped working! Once contacted, their engineer Dragos guided me remotely to change the wifi to the new provider and helped me resolve the issue quickly. It has been almost two years and very happy with their service. I found them through personal reference and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable security system locally.

3 years now with Lantec. On the two occasions I had to phone for a reset , the operator was able to talk me through the process, with no need for a call out. The annual service visits have been excellent ......the engineer arrives on time , is polite , careful efficient and thorough, and answers any questions clearly. Any contact with the admin office is straightforward .I highly recommend Lantec.

Steve and his team are amazing ! We had to change over from our previous provider because they kept letting us down and extremely slow response times ! Lantec are super quick and very professional in the way they go about things ! Highly recommend!

Installing a new security systemDragos the Lantec engineer did a superb job installing our new alarm system with movement sensors covering main rooms, contact sensors on doors and a panic button. He carried out the work with great care and respect for our property. He took time to explain the various facilities to us so we can now set the alarm remotely and check the status of the system.We were highly impressed with Dragos who is a credit to the company he works for.
