The brakes failed on my wife's Mini. Despite being busy Dave got the car in and sorted days before it was due to be looked at. He also managed to get an MOT done and changed the spark plugs. Excellent service and communication throughout, would highly recommend DRW services. 5 stars.

Quick, effective, friendly service provided by Dave and his team. BMW OE equipment fitted at a very (very) competitive rate compared to dealers. I'll definitely be back.

Called to book in a BMW 3 series with a missfire and rough running. Fella on the phone was polite and seemed to know what he was talking about, dropped the car off and the service was professional, details taken on Thier system, all done via email, even sent me an email to tell me my MOT was due, which has slipped my mind. Called on the day the car was checked, fault identified as a fuel injector, was told the cost of the part, labour costs and asked if I wanted to go ahead. I did, parts were ordered, fitted and calibrated, MOT was also done, called to pick up the car. When I arrived office staff were really helpful, quick to get my paper work, keys and arrange payment. Even made my 4 year old who was tagging along feel welcomed. Thanked the guys for a good job, and drove my car home, drove nice and smooth as expected. Would 100 percent recommend the service. Finding a good garage, who's reliable, knows what there doing, and not costing an arm and a leg is rare these days. This garage met that standard. As a first time flyer I'll be back 100 percent for both our cars when any work needs done , and will be recommending to family and friends.

I'd spent 10's of hours trying to sort my faulty old Mercedes non opening/ closing cabriolet roof. I know Google Mercedes CLK from memory now.On recommendation from a neighbour I took it to David at DRW.Mercedes took 3 months to send the parts but once they did DRW had my much loved old car sorted within a couple of days.When a guy spends an hour inside your car( closed) boot to fix your cabriolet roof. I think that says something?The price was about half what I expected to pay MB.David understands the passion idiot's like me have for our old cars and doesn't rip the......out because we have an emotional connection with our money pits.Thank you DRW I've already had happy times roof down acting a quarter of my age!

Great service from Dave as usual, such a nice guy, very helpful and very knowledgeable too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you need your Mercedes serviced or repaired.

Great service and able to up date Mercedes digital logbook. Very reasonably priced. Dropped the car off in the morning for a service and it was ready to be collected by lunchtime.
