Halfords Autocentre Wolverhampton (Foxs Lane)

Had wheel alignment done today, said it could of been caused by losing tyre pressure, asked if they had time and was able to check for puncture, which they was able to do, very pleased with the outcome as was ok, thank you Joe and his boss and the chap who did the alignment, very appreciated silver ka owner.

Went in on Saturday to get my wheels aligned and balanced as I had a halfords gift card to spend. While I believe they have balanced my wheels as I saw new weights on them, I don't believe they balanced or aligned my wheels properly which I will talk about.After work has been complete I went to collect my car to find out someone has crashed into it, which is ultimately not only the other drivers fault but also Halfords fault as they did not properly park my vehicle, they just left it in the middle of the carpark by the garage essentially blocking half of the carpark and making it very difficult for anyone to manoeuvre which has caused £650+ in damages to my car.Not only that I went on the motorway to see how the car feels at high speed, previously the steering wheel would shake as well as the car would pull to one side and when my steering was set straight, the car would go left. My steering was still off after the alignment, the car still pulled and the steering wheel was shaking what felt like more than before. Additionally I question the knowledge of cars the Technicians" have at this autocentre

Booked my car's MOT online great service within the hour thanks Iqbal hopefully see you next year

Discovered that I had nothing on the back brake pads and seriously let down by the autocentre in Oldbury I called Jonathan and he had me booked in for a slot within 1 hour. Got to centre and the car was on the ramps within minutes and job done within 30 mins. Jonathan kept me updated on how long it would take and I cannot thank him and the team for the work.

I cannot thank Jonathan, Adam, Christopher and another guy sorry didn’t get your name, who did the breaks on my BMW today. I cannot thank you enough honestly. By far the best garage we have been to. I don’t know how to thank you. From Natalie Mullett and Adam Mullett you guys don’t know how much you have helped us out.

Fantastic! To be honest, I turned up late to my MOT on Sunday, and they rearranged for me to come in the next day. Booked online and used a voucher. Got it to them early Monday, and an hour later, it was done. Plus, only charged me £35 for the MOT as I was a member of the Halfords motor club. Well worth signing up to the free club as you get vouchers and money off in store. They also accept payment plans via Klarna instore / garage and online.

Had my m.o.t there told me I had a headlight bulb out but I no I did as I had a 10 point check 5 minutes before at halfords lol

I went to have a new stop-start battery fitted and what great service. It was in stock and fitted in no time. Staff were so friendly and helpful and even offered a coffee. So pleased. The Manager was super helpful.
