Would not even give 1 star! Disgusting service been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks all I get is oh we are fully booked! Would not recommend

On the 2nd of Nov 2023 the surgery said they transfer my prescriptions for Asthma medication to my new pharmacy. Have phoned today to be told this task was not done and they would not help me. Ongoing very poor service that has left my health in jeopardy.

Worst receptionist ever, if i could I would have given a -5 star rating. Once they left us waiting an hour because one of the receptionist had forgotten to clock us in, so people were coming in after us and they were getting seen before us, another time I ordered medicine from one of them, she confirmed to me that she acknowledged about my medication order and added them on the system and then 4 days later i call them and find out that nobody has ordered my medication. Impossible to get an appointment in the morning and when they talk they always talk in an unbothered tone, they treat you like they don’t have time for you. Stay well away from here!!!

If I could I would give no stars..This surgery use to be fantastic but since covid it's gone down hill fast..Ring at 8am in a queue for half hour to be told no appointments..Need to see a doctor but can't for last 10 weeks..Receptionists are very rude and haven't got a clue what there doing and couldn't care less..I put in my prescription for my blood pressure tablets on Monday went to chemist on Friday to be told my prescription hasn't come through.. Went to Hedges to ask why only to find my prescription still in tray and not been seen. Receptionist said I should've put my prescription in at least 72 hours before, when I said I put it in on Monday and now it's Friday she still said it my fault its not been done..Now I have to wait for my blood pressure tablets so I will have to suffer without taking them for aleast 4-5 days..I just hope I don't get ill by not having my tablets but who cares if I do, certainly not anyone at this none caring surgery!!Update got my prescription 9 days after I put it in then to find out they put my wrong tablet through now having to wait again.. So no tablets for 6 days..

If I could give 0 star I would. Terrible terrible doctors. I have never been so disappointed in my life, I’m fit and very healthy very rarely at the doctors unless it’s an emergency and I’ve attempted all the remedies possible. For me to call once sometimes twice a year, and receive such poor service is a disgrace. The doctor who called me back today could not answer the questions I had regarding the medication she suggested and for some bizarre reason made me feel like I was asking too many questions. With the medication going onto my face (a area you wouldn’t want to go wrong) I asked valid questions. the fact she explained she didn’t know the answers and if I didn’t like it I should go see another doctor was very unprofessional and in fact shown me that this doctors are very in experienced and unhappy with there place of work. Very sad to be the blunt of someone else’s unhappiness especially when it’s a doctor the person you should trust the most. I guess by looking at the reviews this will just get overlooked like the rest and this doctors will continue to give a 0/10 customer service.

1 star is not even good enough to give I am just fed up simple is that they don't want to work just sit there and gossip not happy at all changing my doctor soon I never get appointment have to call ambulance even person from paramedic said if gp do they work properly and on time we don't need ambulance.

I can never get an appointment. They stopped doing the booking online service during covid and it’s gone down hill since then!

Treatment has always been good but trying to get through to the surgery via phone is appalling.been tying to contact them for the last two days and left on the phone for over 25 minutes on each occasion....sent an E mail to complain but again no response.Turned up for an appointment on wed 10/01/23 ( booked at their request not mine ) to be informed that I had been deleted from the their system and that I would not be seen.It would be nice for somebody to at least talk to me, where is the duty of care ?.

Absolutely disgusted in this doctors surgery. Been suffering with constant illnesses since September of last year, and the times that I have actually been able to see a doctor I have been laughed at and told it's just my anxiety and been thrown a bunch of medication that does nothing. 3 times in the past week I have phoned as instructed by nhs 111 to be told theres no appointments after being on hold for well over an hour!! Time to refer myself to a different surgery I think.

Friendly and professional receptionists. Dr Malik: caring and assertive medical professional. Very pleased with the exchanges I had with the staff during my viral infection through October and November. I was able to request to talk to the doctor when necessary and when it wasn't an option to speak to them on the day I rang because they weren't in or fully booked, the receptionists were happy for me to ring back. That was great. Thank you.
