Absolutely brilliant experience at the Middlesbrough store! Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to get to know me and what sort of thing I was looking for. Came up with brilliant suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of to make my bridal outfit even more special. Vienna was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. Even though it was quite busy she took her time and made sure I was 100% thrilled with everything I ended up purchasing. Can’t recommend enough!

Andrea was really helpful and welcoming.We went for bridesmaid dresses and were delighted with how easy it was.

I was greeted in store today by Erin W. I gave her a challenge because I've tried on every style dress in other shops and still wasn't sure what I wanted. Between her and the other member of staff (another Erin) they helped me try on a bunch of different types and accessories. I have a stoma too, and they were super helpful and non judgemental. I FOUND MY DRESS!! Both girls were fab, patient and not pushy at all. I wasn't expecting to find my dress but I'm in love and super happy. I also think it's worth mentioning that their prices are very reasonable, I come away happy without having to sell a kidney to pay for it! Thanks girls!

I would like to thank Chloe at the Middlesbrough store for being an amazing help and making me and my mum feel so comfortable. We came to the store without an appointment and almost weren’t seen due to how busy the store was however luckily one bride to be didn’t answer the call and we were able to fit in. Chloe was so professional yet friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed at all even though the store was only open till 4, she made sure I was completely happy with my purchase and also showed me accessories that would suit my dress choice. She is a total credit to your stores, thank you again!

Erin W - You will be forever a part of my journey to our wedding. Thank you so much. She was beyond amazing, dealt with my indecisive nature and made me put back on a dress i really did love but felt something was missing. She found the something missing and I said yes to my dress! After a very negative experience else where we popped in here impromptu for a fitting. The dresses were beautiful the staff were super helpful and very considerate of the bride and her party. I wish we'd took the name of the fitter to mention her as she was brilliant. My daughter walked away with her dress and a huge smile on her face

I absolutely loved my experience today. I was served by Vienna and she was so helpful and such a lovely woman. She made me feel so comfortable and she welcomed me and my family with a smile. I would 100% recommend this place.

I was terrified at the thought of getting my wedding dress. The idea of getting up close and personal with someone I'd never met before, and looking at all my flaws whilst trying on wedding dresses (I don't wear dresses), kept me up at night, weeks before my planned visit to Wed2b in Middlesbrough. I needn't have worried. As soon as myself and my 3 bridesmaids arrived for our appointment, we were greeted by Erin with a warm, welcome smile, which made me feel immediately more relaxed.Erin talked me through where to look for my size and myself, and my bridesmaids had a good look whilst Erin advised on the style of each dress that we were looking at. I chose 3 dresses and once they were in the fitting room ready for me Erin asked which one I was more drawn to. I was treated with so much respect whilst dressing and undressing, which is so important when you have crippling body issues, and in the end I actually felt good about myself. After every dress was on, I was asked how I felt, what I liked /didn't like about the dress and a score out of 5. I then showed my bridesmaids and took their scores and feedback. At all times Erin was so professional but incredibly warm and I was even laughing at times. The wonderful Andrea was on hand to help us too and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up buying the third dress I tried, along with an underskirt, a long veil, a diamante belt, and two lots of shoulder decorations.It was such a wonderful experience, and one I would recommend to anyone. Big thanks again to Erin and Andrea for making my day a fantastic experience.
