Paul showed us his sample materials and gave us a price on his first visit. Delivered and fitted blinds on his second, well ahead of the predicted date. Blinds look great up. First class service, will happily buy again.

Called Nova after getting let down by other companies to repair a broken blind. Other companies were only interested in selling me a new blind, which wasn’t what I wanted. Nova blinds came out within 24 hours and were able to replace the chain within 10 minutes. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Fantastic customer service - thank you!

Customer service is first class with Nova Blinds. Friendly and knowledgeable from the first phone call, I knew I could trust Paul to do a great job and that he would do his best to meet my tight deadline. The wooden Venetian blinds are beautiful on their own but they’re measured and fitted to absolute perfection which gives a truly professional finish to the overall look. I’m honestly delighted with the results and can’t thank Paul enough for everything he did. I won’t use any other company now.

Paul came and measured up prior to our new windows being fitted so he could quote then came back again when they had been fitted to measure up again. New blinds took about a week and a half to arrive and a couple hours to install. They look fantastic. Great communication, professional, friendly service and when I needed a length change on some adjusting sticks, he came back to do that for me too. Lovely fellow, can't recommend highly enough.

First class service from Nova Blinds, Paul was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and knows his stuff. We are really happy with the wooden venetian blinds, perfect fit and finish throughout the whole house. Would highly recommend.

Excellent recommendation by a friend! Paul was brilliant; came round the next day, super friendly, professional, provided lots of options and great advice (including where I was better to buy roof blinds online). Paul then returned to fit great quality blinds provided by Nova and also ones that I bought separately. Really pleased - thanks Paul. Would definitely use again and can highly recommend.
