Bravissimo

My partner was told that it would be a 20 minute wait for a fitting and not to be late. She arrived on time and had to wait a further 50 minutes for a fitting, which is way off the original time. I don’t see how it could have been that far out. We would have appreciated a more accurate wait time so that we could have enjoyed that time instead of just waiting.

Best place to go to get fitted for a bra. No measurements taken, but got size perfect first time. I was fitted by Angelle; a lovely young lady who was so polite and patient and listened to what I wanted, but made some excellent suggestions. I bought two bras and am extremely happy and comfortable. Excellent service with fantastic staff.

I recently had a bra fitting by Jenny at the Manchester store. I was incredibly anxious and really nervous as I’d put weight on due to a mix of chronic pain and my mental health being at rock bottom and after a not so pleasant previous experience at another company that does bra fittings, I was a wreck.I needn’t have worried. Jenny was the most wonderful, pleasant and all round lovely person I have had the pleasure of meeting. She made me feel welcome, at ease and more importantly, she made me feel like I mattered.She knew exactly what she was doing too. I’d been wearing a bra two sizes too big (and here was me thinking it was too small) so I was a smaller back but bigger cup.I walked away with two amazing bras that both made me feel really good - it’s amazing what a well fit bra can do for your self esteem!I’d have bought more because all of the options Jenny picked were wonderful but I only needed two but I noted the other ones down and will be getting them when I do need another bra.I won’t be going anywhere else for bra fittings now. It was worth the trip from Leyland just to have this fitting.10/10 for me.

My first experience of the Manchester shop has been brilliant today. Jade was very professional and lovely , helping me to choose some great pieces. Everyone was lovely to be honest!!I was a bit nervous beforehand because I have a bit of a problem with mobility but I needn’t have worried at all because everything was at my pace. Yes ,a ground floor fitting room could have been easier but it was worth the effort ! I’ll be back!!

Well it turns out I've been wearing the wrong bra size for a very, very long time, which would go to explain why I hate them so much...!From start to finish this place was incredible.We were met with a friendly smile straight away. We then went for our fitting which was fantastic. Everything is done by eye, no tape measures.The lady we had was amazing, very informative, friendly and helpful.She brought me several different bras to try, all of which were beautiful.I ended up with 3 of them, although I may have to come back to exchange one, but it won't be a problem because you get a full 60 days if you want to return any!Amazing shop, excellent staff, I felt really well looked after and card for.

Amazing customer service. But I don't like the new way of measuring I'm old skool and prefer to be fitted properly with a tape measure aass it took about 5 tries till she got my size right which was annoying. Just use a tape measure or ask the customer if they would like the proper way of doing it and giving them a choice

Visited on the off chance and was fitted by Monique , she is a credit to your store and didn’t push to try different styles as i knew the bra I wanted. Also big shout out to the young lady on the cash desk very Friendly and chattyVisited 23/11/23 in the am

Thank you Charlotte for making my first bravissimo bra fitting absolutely ace from start to finish. I suffer with body dismorphia and you made me feel so comfortable. I adore my new bra and it will look exactly how I want it to under my work clothes. I will be looking very professional and polished. Can't thank you enough. Charlotte is absolutely amazing and super hardworking. I went into the fitting pretty much stressed and left feeling on cloud 9!! I Charlotte deserves a raise and a promotion!

I have always hated my breasts ever since I had my 2 children but coming here has made me much happier about them I always feel so happy with my bras I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a fitting, the ladies here are sooo lovely and even when they’re really busy they always fit me in and give the best customer service as well ♥️ I do recommend booking for an appointment though because walk in you could possibly have to wait 30-45 mins.
