Dr Randall and her sister are such lovely compassionate people at a time when people need supporting with concerns over their pets. They came to us over two nights fitting us in very late at night and knowing the outcome certainly on the second night. Wonderful advice and support at a very upsetting time when we lost our little cat. Thank you both so very much.

I cannot recommend Dr Randall enough, both ladies are absolutely lovely and they went out of their way to ensure my Loki got the correct treatment. Will always recommend a mobile vet because he was much more comfortable at home than he's ever been when receiving treatment, if I could give 6 stars I would, thank you both x

The first visit I received for my cat was admittedly stressful for all of us due to my cats nature. She’s a very nervous/anxious cat, thus the need for a home visit as opposed to a veterinary clinic. However, they managed to clip her claws, provide flea and worm treatment and complete a general health check. After that, it was their suggestion that I have another appointment every three months and we booked for the next visit then and there. When the day came and they didn’t arrive when due, I called to check on their progress just to be told they were on holiday. Unfortunately I hadn’t been lucky enough to receive notification of this. I decided to let that go as the first appointment had been successful and presumed they would call me when they return from holiday to rebook. This didn’t happen. I called them approximately one month later and left a voice message but nobody called me back. I then called again about two weeks later. I did speak to one of the sisters who said that the line was quite bad and could she call me back later on that day. That never happened.As much as they may be good at their job, their customer service leaves little to be desired.

Amazing. The service was professional, very friendly and very informative.The vet was very kind and put the dog at ease instantly, they went out their way to get the correct vaccination in for my pet.I would highly recommend a mobile vet as your pet is at home and feels confident and settled.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING YOUR FIRST VISIT !!!!First visit was ok and ladies were nice. Next visit was plannedbut no one came and no email or phone call. I was trying to get in touch so many times for almost two months to arrange next visit for my dog and cats vaccine and other things but no one was responding. I was disappointed and I think that's is very unprofessional to ignore clients (considering how much they charge). I know that I'm not the only one and other people had similar situation so be careful booking visit with Mobile Vet ladies. If they are reading this - Please Don't Ignore Your Clients, if you cannot do the visit let us know so we can arrange another Vet.

Wonderful service. Really thankful they could come out to see my pet when we desperately needed help.Would definitely recommend them as it was a very friendly and efficient service.

I first contacted Dr Randall during the Covid lockdown as I was worried my 16 year old poorly border collie Blew would require euthanasia at some point and I knew my own veterinary hospital would not come to my home.Dr. Randall, accompanied by her lovely assistant ended up coming to my home to treat Blew with acupuncture and laser therapy which worked successfully for several months giving me 6 more months with my beloved Blew. During this period we formed a friendship. Two weeks ago I eventually had to say goodbye to Blew and Dr Randall helped Blew over to the Rainbow Bridge with care, compassion and competence. Never a pleasant tine but I couldn't have wished for anything better than to have this lovely gentle vet and her caring assistant help both my precious dog and also my husband and I who were both heartbroken.I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Randall and her assistant and would recommend her services to anyone in need who wants the best treatment for their pet.Dr. Randall now has the care of another of my collies' equally precious to me, and I shall continue to ask her to help my dogs whenever it is appropriate.Barbara Macknish.

I recently used the mobile vet service for my dog a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with the care they provided. The convenience of having them come to my home was a game-changer. They took the time to explain the treatment plan, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt well-informed and comfortable with the decisions made for my poor boy.
