Ordered 3 coffees, none of them was done as requested. Nothing too fancy, nothing too crazy or difficult to do. Ordered 3 iced drinks, 2 frappes came with no coffee even tho we've been asked if we want them with coffee shot to which we repiled yes, 3rd drink was supposed to be iced coffee as well but we've been given hot drink instead.

THIS IS A FRANCHISE NOT OFFICIAL STARBUCKSNever have any stock of 80% of what i want. Wanted a oatmilk iced frappuccino with frapp bits and vegan cream. Only had oat milk.... never managed to get my order correct since it opened.

Ordered 3 items and waited over 20 minutes, clearly it is mainly focused on the drive thru. I have ordered an Iced Latte, which was firstly presented as a hot drink. It was mended without any troubles. Another item of mine, a Caramel Frappucino came without coffee, even though I specifically requested a shot. Would not recommend. Outside seating is nice though.

Really really slow… approximately 15 minutes sat at the drive through window,. Both drinks made wrong and had to be re made.. Believe staff require more training

It was quite a long wait for the 3 drinks that we ordered, which all have turned out to be wrong. One ice latte was given as a hot latte (staff members have quickly remade the correct drink) and the other two iced coffees were given without coffee shot, even though we requested it. I believe this Starbucks is short of staff members and more effort and time is given to drive through customers. It's a shame as Starbucks is a good amenity to Keighley town, but it could have some improvements.

My daughter and I popped into Starbucks this afternoon to get much needed sustenance for the rest of our long drive. She opted for a hot chocolate I ordered my staple, a vanilla latte. Unfortunately, we were already down the road and blockaded in traffic when we tried them otherwise I'd have gone back and asked for our money back. The latte tasted of nothing. I'm not sure there was any coffee in it and definitely no syrup and the hot chocolate tasted like half a Cadbury's instant sachet had been used and hot water added. £8.50!!!

Rarely opens on time, not good if you want a coffee on the way to work. Some of the staff are good, some I wouldn't pay in used coffee grounds. Standard EG group staff

The service seems extremely slow at the drive thru compares to other busier Starbucks. As for the the brownie bites... A single brownie at such an unjustifiable price. Why did i assume there'd be three in the bag!? Ouch!

Food and drink always delicious. Just had an order today where they rang to say an item was out of stock and what alternative we would like. Some other places don’t do this and just chuck whatever in as an alternative. They also included a very sweet message which made me smile. Thank you :)

Nice space and always good service. Really friendly with the kids, and lovely spot for a morning brew. Drive thru is a fairly quick too.
