I am so impressed with the service from Space4Living I am leaving a review, which I never do! From start to finish I can’t fault Dave and Steve one bit! Photos were great, speed of putting my house on the market was on point, house sold in one week and the amount of communication/after sale service was perfect! No question too stupid (and I had a few) and they have done exactly what I requested! Don’t be fooled by more money means better service because I can say hand on heart they were top draw from start to finish! Thanks lads!

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. David Penlington went out of his way to ensure our process was as smooth as possible. He came back a couple of times to ensure the photographs were perfect using their wide-lens camera, and was on hand from the start of the process to the end despite having a busy schedule answering queries and giving great advice. I was exceptionally pleased with Space 4 Living as a whole. The mortgage advisor they recommended (Lyndsay) offered great advice and a really good deal on a new mortgage for our new home - I will be using her for many years to come! Inefficient, unprofessional and really Untrustworthy!You are very lucky if you can avoid them!!The management team needs a complete change and restablishment. Communication within their team is unbelievably poor, which makes house tenants call and recall them several time for one single matter.They have been our agency for over 2 years and from the start of the contract we realised they are very inefficient in dealing with house issues, contract matters, sticking to their promises and on top of all respecting the tenants rights.Exraordinary amount of agency fee" for the level of support and help they would ever offer to you. Purchased a property which was up for sale with Space4Living (And my first one at that)They were very helpful through the whole process, which to be quite frank is terrifying, and were able to guide me along and made the everything very easy.and now I'm a property owner!Not a bad word to say. Would highly recommend.

Really unprofessional company, very difficult to get your deposit back!1. It had taken nearly a month and in numerous follow ups to get my deposit back partially.2. They would not respond to your emails even if you send them multiple follow ups. Whilst I had to call them daily for a month for getting my refund back, they would keep on delaying and postponing it citing different reasons.3. They would charge you with unknown fees and would not give a proper justification.4. If you call them up, they would provide incorrect information and half truths.5. Company is really understaffed because every time I call them, they will say that there is only one lady who is dealing with the deposits and she is busy at all times and will rarely respond to your emails!

I highly recommend Space4living Reddish branch. David was very professional and friendly. We were given a very good quote to sell our mums house. They did everything for us including the viewings. We had a number of people wanting to buy it and within a week of contacting them we had chosen a buyer. We also used their legal team again after a very good quote and the sale is going through with no problem. Very reliable and helpful throughout the whole process
