We just bought our first home through Town & Village. They kept in touch with us throughout the process and kept us well informed of what was happening. After having a previous purchase fall through at the last minute (with another agent) - we're now really happy in our new home so thanks to all at Town and Village.

Having been on the market for for 4 months with another agent and having the stress of a sale falling through, we instructed Ben at Town and Village during the third week of January. We had 2 very good quality viewings in the first week and were under offer within 10 days, pretty close to the asking price. Every person in the office came to view our home so they knew the house for any enquiries and they have been nothing but helpful and courteous during our dealings with them but most importantly absolutely transparent with everything going on - feedback, updates etc. We would have absolutely no issue recommending them and just wish we had instructed them in the first place!

Ben at Town & Village is a faultless Estate Agent because as first-time buyers, we didn't have a clue where to start, but Ben's help and guidance can not be faulted. We instructed Town and Village to sell our property in November 2020. Things started off really well, we had a few viewings but nothing came to fruition. The team were great though.As time went on, the service just went downhill. Viewings dried up and potential buyers clearly weren't being qualified properly: some just didn't turn up, others didn't have an agreement in principle, others just couldn't afford it.There were many occasions where we didn't receive feedback on viewings. 5 days passed on one occasion and no updates were received - I had to chase up the estate agents.We reached the end of our agreement with Town and Village in approx April 2021 and over the entire period we only had ONE official offer, which was approx £45k under the asking price.We switched estate agents and had 2 viewings in our first week and accepted an offer.Town and Village are staffed by friendly people but I'm not sure how motivated they were to sell our property.

Not only did we buy our home from Town and Village six years ago, when it was time to move again it was Town and Village, who hands down, knocked spots off all the other agents!! From valuation to being sold - they were all so proficient. Very competitive rates compared to other agents, and ‘Ben’ in particular explained the processes so well in his home visit to us, leaving us feeling so confident we would sell quickly. The photographs were also stunning. We built up a really good working relationship with the team, and in less than two weeks, we had a buyer. I cannot thank the team highly enough for the care and attention to detail from the whole team, and I would certainly recommend Town and Village to anyone wishing to move and I would 100% use them again.
