New Generation Vets (Equine)

Not yet had a callout but I've never had a vet so willing to give info over the phone without coming out, through the good of her own heart. Went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed to ask her and didn't charge a penny. Definitely won't be looking anywhere else when I next need a vet!

Best vet around who cares deeply about her clients and clients horses. Nice to have a vet who is in it for the love of helping the animal than money oriented. I certainly will not use any one else again!

We much value Kimry as our vet for many reasons. She knows each of our horses as individuals and and treats them as such. We love the fact that we don't have to start from scratch with a different vet each time and explain each horses past and medical history from the start. Kimry knows the horses by name and we can pick up where we left off the last time. She is willing to give advice over the phone and trusts our judgement. Kimry has a lovely way with the horses and many of our horses would not be here today if it were not for her knowledge and care.

Kimry has looked after my horse Paddy over the last couple of years since I bought him.Nothing is too much trouble for her. She talks me through everything.She is honest, caring and only has your and your horses interest at heart.I would always recommend her to anyone looking for an Equine vet.Fantastic service when needed.

Kimry is a hard working, dedicated and professional vet who has gone above and beyond for my horses. She is always at the other end of the phone to offer advice and guidance. Her help has been invaluable to me in setting up my stud over the last year. I highly recommend this practice.

I paid for a health check on a horse I was buying from a dealer and I’ve never received the report that I was promised. I’ve called and emailed and still nothing. Absolutely terrible service. Taken my money but not given the service I was paying for.

Kimry has looked after my small private yard of my own 3 horses since she set up as New Generation Vets. She has always been at the end of the phone for advice and to talk through any concerns. Her remote care is thorough and immediate and she is happy to provide remote triage where possible which is invaluable to us.In the emergency’s where we have needed quick action, she has been out immediately to offer swift care of the highest standard and when we sadly lost our old boy at age 30 she was so caring and gentle with him giving him the most dignified last vet visit.She treats all my boys as individuals and will happily discuss treatment options. She is one of the most knowledgeable vets I have met and genuinely cares for every animal she treats. She follows our competition success and celebrates with us and even though we are just clients she treats us like friends.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kimry to anyone and I am so pleased we found her!

Kim was very good with my mother at a very sad time stayed with her until mum was ready to say goodbye, very professional. The reason for 3 stars is her lack of administration, I have asked several times for an invoice for the insurance but 2 months on and several promises from Kimry we have not received it. Insurance will only wait so long and that time is running out. Very upset at the lack of responseInvoice has now been sent and claim put in
