Maria treated a knee injury I sustained whilst running. The massage treatment was very effective. Within a few days I had progressed from a very painful attempt at running to running comfortably. Maria has helped me enormously on the road to recovery and I would definitely recommend her.

I had a post-race massage from Maria, having just done an Olympic triathlon. Being a fellow runner, she really understood what I needed and took time to work her way into the knots and really iron them out.Very calm, bright and airy space, just the job!

I had a niggle for a little while, I went to Maria and we talked through the issue, we then did some movement tests which were all fine, during the massage we found that I had a tight muscle group, so Maria showed me some stretches and two weeks later I can feel the difference. It really helped to identify where the niggle was as I had been doing stretches which weren’t getting to the right place so it hasn’t had any effect, so if in doubt go to a professional!

Maria has helped me enormously with my back pain following slipped disks and compressed nerves, she has given me several exercises to do at home as well as giving a wonderful massage, she has a magical touch and has really made a huge difference. She is a friendly, calm and soothing lady who really listens to your needs. Can highly recommend her she is extremely professional.

I see Maria for a maintenance massage due to running on a regular basis and having stiff shoulders and neck from working at a desk every day. Maria is very friendly and helps me to relax quickly. Maria has also recently helped me with a couple of injuries through massage and also providing me with lots of really helpful advice and tips to help me recover quickly and get back to what I enjoy doing!
