Extremely rude staff member on the till. Older lady has no customer service whatsoever. Made one query about the price of the items i bought as it seemed expensive for what i had, and she was very abrupt and said can i put this through now or what!!! By this point id had enough and was made to feel uncomfortable so i just left. When i got out the shop i checked my receipt again and i was over charged for an item i never even had!!! No need to get nasty with a customer who was calm all along. Maybe some training in customer service would help.

Air con finally, great selection of products fresh produce too, can feel quite cramped when busy but definitely worth a visit

Should this store even be called 'pound(sic)land' anymore. No longer shop there with the majority of price hikes inflated by 25-100%! Perhaps they think their customers too dense to notice.

Buy anything you want to eat . But other stuff hairspray , shampoos , soaps , handwashes etc good luck to your skin and hair using them lowest standard stuff . If you think oh they just the same just close to expiry date again good luck to your skin and hair
