We use Pioneer often, ad Hoc and regular sessions.We also use the holiday clubs.All at Balfour and we only have positive feedback for them, kids love going and that is the main thing by far.Keep up the good work guys.

My granddaughter attends pioneers but there’s always issues. She comes out without half her uniform, they say it must be in class but the class didn’t have it, pioneers did. She finds it boring too. There is always a constant change of staff because clearly the company can’t keep them. My granddaughter’s setting has had 4 key changes in about 6 months since Joe left. The company also charge for strike days, charge for inset days and penultimately charge for the end of term, school is shut from 12 noon but pioneers want to charge my daughter from 3.15 to 6.30pm despite the school being closed and the parents will have the child at home. A totally unethical business who struggle to keep staff. From September I’m going to collect my granddaughter from school. As for the summer break another parent will look after her as the summer club ‘is boring granddad’ a company not recommended!!! Avoid if you can.

Handled a very delicate situation very badly. Escalated the issue instead of minimised it. Resulted in ongoing problems for our child. We will never use them again! We would strongly advise against using this provider
