Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel
Nice room, comfortable bed but expensive at £280 for 2 nights (room only) A small fridge in the room, more milk pods and Earl Grey tea bags would have been nice. Great Central location in a beautiful city. Hotel didn't have any parking so cost £24 to park in the shopping centre car park

Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel
It's generally good. There were a few things wrong with the room. Mold spots on shower sealant, cracked grout, no plug next to bed for charging phones. Overall it's fine but I think suited for those looking for charm in an older style. Face cloth was nice as most places don't provide them for free. Bed was comfortable. Location is very good. No parking so need to find somewhere near. I did hear noise that other reviewers mentioned when going to the bathroom but couldn't hear it in the room.

Enjoyed our stay despite a couple of niggles. Radiator wasn’t working in the room but was given a heater which did the job. Air con errored and flashed red light all night. Beds are quite soft, so if you like a soft bed then you will be happy. Rooms clean and adequate. Breakfast was good and ample. Good service too. Plenty of cereals and juices and big cooked breakfast. Although the menu is limited they are flexible to your requirements. Brilliant location right in the heart of Chester

Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel
It was a great location (right by the clock entrance on the Chester wall) and convenient for popping in and out through out the day to drop off purchases, change, or a quick nap. There is no where to eat or drink in the evening so we always needed to go out again. The room was basic but comfortable with a great shower. We would stay there again.

Lovely staff and the breakfast was nice too.Net curtains were torn in the room and there was quite a bit of mold around the sealant on the bath.Other than that we had a lovely stay, loved the cold water machine on the landing, that was a nice touch.

Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel
Location was perfect after parking the car in the Grosvenor shopping centre. Room lovely and warm and cosy although my wife said the bed was too soft I slept like a log.Only ate breakfast which was included and adequate. Would definitely stay here again.
