I have been on a wonderful journey with Jonny exploring meditation techniques and helping me deepen my practice. We have also had some wonderful healing sessions which I had no idea would be so powerful, exploring emotional issues as they arised. All the time feeling safe and secure in his caring presence.He's calm, sensitive and caring and has a lovely energy. Jonny has been a huge part of my spiritual and wellbeing development over the past few months and the effects that he and his sessions have had on me are profound. I have had many different types of therapy for the past seven years and this by far has been the most significant healing external help that I have experienced in that time. I by chance came by Jonny when booking onto one of his holotropic breathwork group sessions as a fun thing to do, not realising the powerful impact that was to come. After this wonderful event I decided to book onto his one to one sessions and the effect that it has had on my life is huge. Every time I finish my session with Jonny I feel as though I come back to my true self; I feel grounded and whole. I highly recommend Jonnys group sessions and one to one programmes for anyone seeking personal development and emotional healing.

These were without doubt the most transformative one on one healing sessions I have experienced to date.I would urge anybody who feels the need for some emotional release to commit to at least one session and see for yourself.Having suffered much trauma earlier in life and being unaware for a long time of how the body carries these imprints as much as the mind I had primarily sought healing through talking therapies,-with moderate degrees of success.The extended breathwork journey seemed to sweep trapped emotional energy and unhealthy filters of thinking away sufficiently so that the subsequent realignment exercises were felt and integrated on a heart level.I felt truly held by Johnny.In my second session, for a few moments (if I was in space and time) I experienced freedom on a level this keyboard cannot define.....Touching Eternity :)

I did some rebirthing breathing with Jonny and I had a very profound healing experience where I released a lot of grief and sadness that I had been carrying for many years. Having tried many different therapies that hadn't been very effective, I was amazed at how quickly and effectively I let go of so much baggage. After the breathing, when Jonny led me through his process in the Resolution Journey of allowing me to talk as he guided me to open up, it brough me so much clarity and brought me to an entirely new perspective of my life. I had a one-to-one breathwork session with Jonny and it was one of the most profound experiences i've had. I felt deeply connected to myself and I was able to work through my childhood traumas and forgive myself. I felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders after our session and now I feel more at peace within myself. Jonny provides a safe space for you to be able to express your emotions.
