Great as it's very close to me and they are a great help to me.

Spotless clean, fabulous staff, great beds and very reasonable when you block buy minutes

Visited the studio on newtownards road whilst on a break from work. Asked for 7 minutes which is normally ideal for me, sunbed seemed to last for a very long time and I started to feel unconfortable, waited for the beep which normally happens in the last 30 seconds or so but it never came. Ended up trying to switch sunbed off, did not work, ended up just getting out and getting dressed but still sunbed machine was running had to hold down the button for over 10 seconds to eventually switch it off, went on my holiday which cost over £2000 for two of us, whole trip was Ruined because I could not go outside in the sun, visited the studio afterwards to be offered free sunbed sessions and after a bit of talking was offered a small cash settlement which I did not accept as the suffering this incident caused was not worth the small cash amount offered. Now having to issue court proceedings against here because they refuse to respond to me or my solicitors Letters and will not even refund the card my wife purchased, also banned my wife from all sunshine studio tanning locations without explanation, owner is extremely rude and aggressive, would definatly not recommend here. Was a customer for years yet got treated like trash when faced with a very unpleasant situation.

Love this place all of the staff are lovely have a great laugh every time we go in their sunbeds are great
