Had a hydra facial here. An in depth skin assessment was carried out. I was told what was happening at each step and we re evaluated to acid strength as my skin in use to acid peels. I will defo be coming back as I went somewhere else and the results and service we most definitely not up to scratch. See you soon great service... thank you

I would never go to these guys . Good enough to take NHS money but after that they don't care . A day afterwards my wound was bleeding very heavy .And I called up to get some help hoping they would help . They wasn't intrested . They are not friendly in anyway avoid them .

I am most grateful to Dr. Antonio Orlando for his specialized, skilled surgery in Bristol nearer to my Welsh home, when I needed a high level of care.Unfortunately, the politics of the WHS (Welsh Health Service) meant I had to fight to get treated in Bristol. The WHS insisted my treatment should take place in Wales regardless of travel distance! For Welsh residents living on the border of England, this is terrible. It is very sad that our NHS has been split up into separately run health services, especially the one in Wales.I was so relieved when I found that Dr. Orlando could help, especially as it was so much easier to travel to. He is one of very few surgeons who specialised in my condition privately... shockingly there are NONE in Wales!!!Dr. Orlando gave me an extremely high level of specialist care and my surgery was undertaken promptly and successfully.I am so grateful to have been treated by this doctor and my scars have healed so well. Awful. Had a lump removed and it was infected within 24 hours. The after care was ridiculous with just a roll of tape to be put on the scar. and in this time of needing to be extra careful I was very disappointed. It’s still needing attention two weeks later.I’ve felt ill and in pain. Had to have antibiotics to clear up the infection.

I am really grateful to Dr. Orlando. I had a difficult tumor removed, successfully, with an almost invisible scar. The post surgery medical follow up was excellent. A Doctor you can trust!
