I called the surgery on Saturday morning due to pain and infection in a lower tooth. I was able to book in to see the dentist right away that morning. I saw Satnam who took great care of me during my visit. She carefully explained to me the issue and showed me a large x-ray, pointing out the problem and the potential solutions. I am very grateful for the personal care and attention and delicate manner in which I was treated. Outstanding

This company needs clear training to all staff so everything they say is consistent and no misinformation is given out.I wanted to go private with perfect smile. I wanted to pay for X-rays, dentist consultant appointment and then teeth whitening. The First Lady I spoke to regarding this told me the price and asked if I wanted to book in, I said I’ll call back once I know my availability.24hours later I have called up to book the appointment and now I’m being told I cannot book an appointment for X-rays or a consultation without a referral from a dentist, even if paying to go private.Waste of time. Terrible customer journey. Train your employees to know consistent knowledge about company procedures .

First visited Perfect Smile in Bracknell 2 years ago. My teeth were very uneven and stained. I was willing to do anything, even have them all removed. Saw Regina, who said my teeth were good but needed to be straightened. Invisalign was suggested. After 18 months and numerous visits to Regina, I now have straight white teeth. Regina's patience and advice also helped me get over my fear of dentists. So thankyou Regina.

Stay away. They are only interested in your money. They take money upfront (when booking appointment) so they take £200 at least from you. In case of cancellation (within their term and conditions) you will not get your money back. In the UK times of contactless payments/refunds, instant card refund, instant transfers this Indian dentist is stuck in prehistoric Indian times where a refund takes years! Be warned and stay away!

Had my tooth extracted today at Perfect smile. I was attended to by Dr. Satnam and Nurse Terri, I would say I have had extractions twice before but this was the best I have ever felt prior to, during and after the procedure. Thanks So much for the experience. I recommend Perfect smile anytime any day.

All the praise to Regina, who is a true professional, and who put patients first. She ensure the patients are comfortable, especially nervous patients.she is super friendly and make you feel so at ease.

Horrible place. Made to feel uncomfortable, was told different prices everytime I went in. Receptionists gossiping about customers .Avoid the place. Horrible experience. The Smiles in Wokingham completely different lovely people and atmosphere
