Totally unreliable.....arranges visit to give quote & carry out works, doesn't turn up or even answer phone for 4 days afterwards. Inconvenienced us, an absolute waste of time :-(Then claims that he had left phone in a colleagues' van ;-) .....just like being in school whereby kids would make up excuses for not doing their homework etc.... Unacceptable & unprofessional

Stephen and Dave completed a guttering and window clean.The guttering apparntly was terrible and they found an old bracket in there, which was not helping the clogged are and explained why we were having an overflow issue occurring.Whilst at mine, the neighbours also then got there's done, as they had similar issues at the back and whilst cleaning the guys noticed their guttering had come apart, hence the leaking there side.Happy with the result
