I went for a phill cheese steak burger and it had been taken off the menu, gutted!!It was the first chance I had to go, what I had was nice but when your expecting something specific and it wasn't there, did I mention gutted

I order food from just eat waiting time 1hr 30min food comig cold. I ordered selects wit dip chicken are cold no dip. Chesburger are cold. Food no tast good. I m not happy

Last few deliveries I’ve had from here always missing food and take about an hour to arrive, all food freezing cold and staff on the phone couldn’t care less, seem to think it’s Deliveroos problem when they are the ones who make the food, lesson learned not ordering again

Quality was disgusting. Dirty tables, dirty burger boxes and a lot of the lights where flicking so fast I was about to have a seizure.Toilet was clogged with a massive poo.

We ordered mcdonalds through the app all our food came but no drinks we went onto the app and had to ring customer services who accused us of lying and would not refund us because our account was flagged for previous refunds that mcdonalds in felling forgot as usual lesson learned I'm never ever ordering on the app again best to just go and make sure your order is right there and then. I ended up driving to mcdonalds after we were refused a refund the staff were lovely and understanding about the drinks being missing and made them for us, 5 minutes after arriving back home the drinks turned up at the door same delivery driver we had already got them so I gave the delivery driver a drink. Morale of the story go get the mcdonalds yourself not worth the hassle. Customer service from the app team was absolutely shocking

Very scruffy, chaos on the order monitors, preference being given to deliveries at the expense of walk ins. [BTW if the delivery drivers actually zipped up their thermal bags the food might arrive a little bit warmer.]

Ordered from McDonald’s app order totally wrong called manager Mr Kieran Riley felling bypass branch and didn’t help at all never offered to replace the order just said take it up with Uber can’t take it up with Uber didn’t order through them plus bags are sealed. Take it up with app a virtual chat that doesn’t help at all. £38.32 of food most of it went into the bin except fries due to allergies of the contents disgusting don’t order from this branch disgusting service
