I purchased a bike from here in 2019 and I've been back several times for servicing, bike updates and warranty work etc.. the team at this store are first class. They always go the extra mile to help customers. I've had terrible after service with other bike stores which makes me travel nearly 2 hours to this store because the staff and afterservice impeccable.

Just recently got a Specialized Diverge E5 gravel bike on C2W scheme from here and the process from start to finish was excellent.First visit was to have alook at bike I wanted and see what size and glad i did as I would just of ordered a size 58 and Alex advised 56.Got bike yesterday (sorry didnt get the persons name who i dealt with but was very helpful) added some accessories bottle cage water bottle etc. Straight out on it and the quality off the bike compared to my Dawes hybrid is unbelievable.Was worth the 2 hour round trip from Southport.Thanks again.

Brilliant customer service! I purchased the bike from here in 2019 and recently decided to give it a make over. After speaking with the team in-store I settled on a new groupset, new wheels & new saddle. From the original discussion to walking out with all the parts fitted was two weeks! Really happy with the outcome and looking forward riding it over the summer! Thanks

This is a great shop. I picked my new Levo up from the store a few weeks ago and Andy was really helpful setting the bike up for me and talking through all the finer points. All the guys in the shop were really knowledgeable and helpful….and the bike is amazing. Would highly recommend, Thanks.

Excellent 5 star service.After many local dealers were unable to help & were only interested in warranty work, Ian the store manager couldn't help enough. Excellent communication throughout, staff very polite & helpful, Craig the workshop technician rang me & talked through the repair, again extremely helpful. Would recommend this store to anyone, whether buying a new bike, a repair or anything bike related. Just wish all shops were like this. Thanks again guy's....see you again soon
