Vision Express Opticians - Perth

Update: Over a month since initial incident and no attempt at apology has been made by Craig and their associate.My daughter is now terrified of going to the optician thanks to discriminatory practices of staff/manager.I’ve also had to teach my child about discrimination at a younger age than I’d have liked, again due to this incident.Discrimination has a lasting effect on people and should not be tolerated but at Vision Express Perth, it’s apparently okay. Devastating to say the least.Original post:Discriminatory, rude and very unhelpful.Was reduced to tears and an anxiety attack by Craig the “manager”.Very unhelpful. Awful experience all round.Vision Express, please have your staff trained in equality/anti-discrimination and customer service so they don’t cause any more service users to have an anxiety attack.Thanks.

Mr Campbell was fabulous!There was an incidental finding during my test. He sent an urgent referral to the hospital and I was seen within 24hours.He was thorough and compassionate.

I bought glasses in september and due to the type of glasses it took me awhile to get use to them. I then struggled to get focus but went in Saturday and a very nice man helped me to show me how to use the glasses properly and he was so kind and patient. Highly recommend this store for everything. Such nice staff and always spot on prescriptions.

All of the staff and lovely and very understanding. They have been really helpful in choosing the right frames for me, they just seem to know naturally what suits and what doesn’t.

The girls are very good at explaining what they are about to do. They never rushed me and nothing was a bother to them. The eye test was good and everything was explained by the optometrist to me also .

Optician was fabulous!! She took the time to listen to my worries and she also explained everything to me after my eye test.Unfortunately the service I received from the sales assistant after was not a very pleasant interaction. I had no help with choosing frames and she didn't explain how the cost worked. I would have liked the interaction with the sales Clark to have been a better experience, because it has made me wonder if I should find another shop to go to. Which would be very sad as I really enjoyed the experience with the Optician herself.
