Repaired lacquer peel within a week of the quote. The job was completed within 3 days and was done to an amazing standard. They even cleaned the vehicle which was quite filthy, great service!

Had a few nightmares over the years with bodyshops.... pleased to say Smith & Hughes are a different story. From the off, delivery of the courtesy car to my work address, communication, customer service were amazing. Steve kept me informed and the workmanship even down to the final valet was spot on. Definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thanks guys, top service!

Hold my car for 6 weeks for small dent, no scratches but they decided respray bumper, It looks like it would be painted with a roller. After 5 weeks, the dent was still there and they try give my my car back in this condition. To my question for why they painted the bumper? They wanted to tell me that there was a scratches, Even when I showed the picture, they kept their lie. I think some of them must hited something with my car.Why i think that? Because 2 and half weeks after they took a car, my car was ready I recive a call confirming that they will bring my car in the evening but no one never come.I do not recommend

Wouldn’t recommended! If you value your time stay away! Was meant to have car repaired at start of the month however they “forgot” to book it in. Then I rearrange the car to be done at the end of the month on Thursday morning. Thursday morning comes along, “Sorry we can’t do then how does tomorrow morning sound?” I agree and guess what. The next morning no one shows. I call and “Sorry I forgot, how does this evening sound?” Whether my car will ever get picked up is yet to be seen. I’d suggest getting a more competent receptionist as this relatively easy job seems a bit much for her. I don’t think she understands other people take their time to be productive and therefore has value to them. For her I think everyday is viewed as a holiday clearly!

A* services. Gave me a very good quote and told me it would take 3-4 days. Had my car returned at the end of 2 days. Superb quality and great services all round!

Fabulous! My insurance company referred me to them after an accident. A little tricky to get through on the phone, but Sam was very helpful. Kept me updated. Was supplied with a courtesy car, with no issues. My cars MOT ran out whilst in for repairs, and they arranged for it to have an MOT whilst there, at a garage next door to them. Car returned when they said they would. Can not fault them at all. Thank you!

do not use this company been trying for months to get hold of them and still cant. only getting back to them as when another garage looked at my car he showed me the bodge job they did gluing stuff on and also the black trim had white paint mark on. iv been leaving voice recordings do not use thses or first central insurance

My car was took here by my insurance . It had been vandalised and had windows smashed and tyres slashed. Originally I had RAC cover for the tyres and I was getting the glass done with auto glass. I had it booked in a week after the incident but Axa wouldn’t cover the glass claim so it was allocated to these guys. I constantly have to ring for updates and when I do ring their story differs on when things are being done. For example they said they had the glass and it was being done Thursday, then it was Monday the following week then Wednesday. My car was supposed to be finished on the Wednesday but I didn’t hear anything so I rang my insurance company. They said Sam the receptionist had updated me everyday and told me it would be next week that my car would be finished. Utter lies. The whole experience has been very stressful. I’m self employed and when it first arrived at their garage I was told I would have a courtesy car. Apparently I’m top of the list but 5 weeks later there’s no sign of one. I think they say that to everyone. This has crippled me financially because I rely on a car for work but they don’t seem to care and just lie. If your allocated them by your insurance ask them for someone else

Without doubt one of the worst business I have ever dealt with. Appalling customer service, incompetent delivery drivers who damaged my vehicle again after it had been repaired, and whoever does QC needs to go to Specsavers. On top of that, they fraudulently attached my signature to two documents, one accepting the repairs and another accepting delivery. They also altered documents exchanged between themselves and insurers after they failed to carry out those repairs. Fraudulent. Avoid like the plague.

They have repaired my car which was sent to them by my insurance company. When they brought the car back the scratch on light was same as before, light bracket they didn’t replace which I told them when they were collecting the car, instead they use glue to sort it out and bumper is still not in place. They are just cow boys so I will never recommend anyone to go there. No cow boy at their office answer phone. Very unreliable and un professional service received.
