From signing on to leaving all the staff were polite and friendly.Quiet when we arrived around 21:30 on a Friday but much busier when we left astound midnight.My only gripe is that the bar staff wouldn’t let me order a soft drink at the bar, they suggested I get a free one once I was playing something.But no-one ever approached me for a drink order!

Some of the reception is very great customer service!However, a few female receptionists with golden hair are very bad customer service particular around 18:00 to 19:00.

I just want to highlight a horrible experience here. Me and my 4 year old son was waiting for bus at bus stop. When started raining as there was no bus shelter, myself and my son was waiting in front of this casino to use its entrance as a shelter. Some staff (I believe, receptionist) asked to move out from there. Myself and my son was waiting in rain for rest of the time. It was really hurting and I am never expecting such a behaviour from any casino or shops. No respect for humans!

Went with friends for a meal. Food was good. All staff throughout evening were polite, friendly & helpful. Very impressed
