I am blown away by the service Marou from Com Masters provides. My laptop died late yesterday afternoon and so I phoned Marou. I chose his company based on the website reviews and I am so glad that I did. He collected my laptop from home at 10am this morning and returned it at 2pm - all fixed!! All for a very fair price. Had a old Dell laptop windows 10, which I thought was ready for the scrapheap. Phone Computer Masters, spoke to Hassan, he was honest, upfront and told me exactly what he'll be doing, serviced and upgraded to windows 11. His prices was fair and reasonable, he didn't even charge me for the part. How amazing he is. The laptop was picked up the same day, and I was told it will be dropped back the following day. I was really impressed with the speed of my laptop, no lagging and feels like brand new. Hassan was friendly and polite throughout, also kept me updated with what was happening with my laptop. Cheap but professional service!I called early Tuesday morning and asked if Marou could replace a broken screen on my OnePlus 9 Pro.He said I could just swing by and he would have it fixed in an hour.Overall a great experience!
