My absolute favourite auction house...knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond every day... this is a picture of an item from a random job lot which may turn out to be a proper 'antique roadshow' find... I should really be keeping quiet, so I can keep them all to myself, but it wouldn't be fair to the hard-working team who are such an asset to this fabulous little bargain hunter's paradise... in a business renowned for sharks it's good to know there are still a few Angel fish in the tank... top marks!

Exceptional customer service from Tracey. This was my first purchase of jewellery from an online auction and I picked their site as photography was helpful and very high resolution. Tracey is their in-house gemologist and this shows as lots are supported by detailed descriptions with carat weight and dimensions.I contacted her for a condition report and she replied immediately. She answered all my questions and after the auction also offered advice about remodeling the piece to suit my needs. Her passion for jewellery and for helping the customer really shows.I was able to buy with complete confidence and I am delighted with my purchase. I will definitely buy again from their online auctions.
