Offer of same day service for malfunctioning stair lift, which I took up. I was impressed by the knowledge of the engineer, and the efforts he made to secure the required parts, which he fitted expertly and tested the system thoroughly. I recommend Carelift Services.

Great service. After being let down by another engineer Carelift 'stepped into the breach' and came & sorted the problem with my through the floor lift. Engineer was on time (called to say he was on his way) explained what he was doing, ordered the spare part that was needed, made a temporary adjustment to keep the lift working, returned and fitted said part, lift now working fine, job done! I was kept in the loop at all times, costs were explained (and kept to), all in all a great service and I would highly recommend Carelift Services Ltd.

Absolutely brilliant Service! Liam came straight out to see if he could solve the issue of a very slow and intermittent stairlift for our 92 year old Mum. He determined lift was way past it's shelf life although he tried everything to rectify issues. We decided to rent a new one and within a week the old one was removed and new lift installed. No messing, just got the job done. Liam even accommodated giving us time to replace the stair carpet inbetween removal and installation but u/f we couldn't get a carpet & fitter fast enough. Still, Liam has offered to return once carpet is laid to ensure safety of lift has not been compromised. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liam and Carelift Services. Thank you!

Brilliant service all round. I called these guys on Monday with a non urgent problem. They came out on Wednesday, did a full service, fixed all the faults and just charged a straight service fee, no call out or any add ons.Kameron was courteous, efficient and informative. A + all round, I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service from Carelift, from start to finish. Liam was superb explained everything in an uncomplicated way.We were dubious as others had told us we couldn't have a lift, but Liam reassured us that it was no problem and so it turned out. Very pleased and highly recommend this company.

I called Carelift Services on the off chance that I could talk to someone, within 10 minutes the owner called me back and we arranged a visit the following Tuesday. Suitably impressed we ordered the stair lift there and then and it was installed and tested within 7 working days. Awesome company who care about their customers.
