Very good experience generally. Zaid made his appointment on time and produced the report within a week as promised. When some of the images on the report were incorrect, he was prompt in correcting them. He also helped answering several questions. ZFN's communication works great if you use whatsapp. Overall experience was good.

Zaid was very helpful and compiled a bespoke report for us, which included breakdowns of each room with photographs and estimated cost of repair. Communication was generally decent (I've given 4 stars because there was a slight delay with the report - I sensed it was a busy time), and they were very attentive with answering questions after the survey - would recommend ZFN and be happy to use them again

Zaid took the time to give me really valuable advice free of charge regarding damaged render on the front of my property based on photos. Most others would have charged for a full survey report which ultimately was not necessary or appropriate in this case. Would definitely use his services in the future.

Zaid was fantastic, super responsive, and arranged the survey viewing directly with the estate agent to avoid me being a middleman. The report was very clear (he sends an example report before to show the format), he caught several small things that we missed, and gave budget estimates for everything which has helped us plan.

Zaid conducted a building survey for me in Greenwich in June 2023. Zaid's inspection is very thorough and highlighted a lot of defects that I miss during my viewing. The building survey report is a bespoke report rather than the traditional level 2 or 3 reports. Whilst the report is very detailed, Zaid explains things in a easily understandable manner. The service provided by Zaid is superb. He very accommodating and goes out of the way to explain things to you over a phone call that helped alleviate any worries I had. In my particular instance, there was problems with the roof and he was very patient going through his findings. After further inspections from a roofer I was able to get £10k off the asking price.Highly recommend ZFN if you need a survey conducted!

I contacted zfn chartered surveyors after my neighbour was demolishing their chimney breasts. I had bricks fall through my chimney and I needed immediate structural and building advice. I am so glad I reached out to ZFN as they were able to view my photographs via WhatsApp and provide me prompt structural advice.

I used Zaid's service, and I genuinely appreciate his professionalism and care towards his clients. He's a lovely guy, and initially, I had high hopes for his expertise. However, my experience took an unexpected turn. As a first-time buyer, I relied on Google reviews to find experts like him. When I instructed him for a survey of the house I was about to purchase, it turned out to be a non-traditional house, and the lender required additional information about its construction and materials.Regrettably, Zaid, the surveyor, couldn't provide the necessary answers. I felt like I was investing my hard-earned money in vain, money that could have gone towards my deposit or a different expert who would have been upfront about not dealing with non-traditional houses.Zaid initially offered to help if I found another house, giving me hope that I wouldn't lose my previous investment. However, when the time came, he asked for even more money than I had already paid, resulting in a disappointing experience.If you're a first-time buyer, my advice would be to consider finding experts through recommendations from friends. This approach might save you both time and money.PS: I eventually purchased another house without a survey, just to avoid any further frustrating situations.Will
