I had a very difficult experience here. I had not been to the dentist for many years and finally mustered up the courage to go. Initially had 2 fillings. One of them was left too large and I couldn't close my teeth together properly leading me to return and get it filed down a few days later. The second trip I had two more fillings, the dentist drilled into my tongue and didn't say anything. When I rinced out my mouth I noticed there was blood and remember thinking it was odd, but I trusted the dentist and let them continue. Obviously because I was numbed I didn't notice the pain at the time but when the anesthesic wore off I was left with a severely painful deep cut on my tongue which left me unable to eat properly for weeks. I cannot understate how painful this was. I returned to the dentist and spoke to the receptionist telling them of this and the enormous amount of pain I was in. The response? Just put some bonjella on it" no apology

I am a very nervous person who does not like needles and pain. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed and the dentists and nurses are friendly, also to point out l never felt the needle once and no pain during either . Also l can't forget the most important person you meet 1st the receptionist the lady is very nice and warm and friendly she makes you feel that you are looked after and will do her best to get you seen .When you walk in she has a lovely smile and even has a conversation with you while you are waiting and gives everyone the intention they need .It maybe a small practice but it has a big heart go on give them a call and visit them also as l am new patient l don't remember the names of the ladies yet or the lovely receptionist sorry but you could go on what have you hot to lose .

Friendly team, in my experience appointments run on time compared to my last practice. If no answer on phone, any message has been returned same day. Emailed for advice after dental issue whilst on holiday and got helpful suggestions from the dentist until I could get home for treatment.

I put off going to the dentist for so long. My previous experiences were not great. These folks are so kind and patient. They understand (and were able to explain to me) why visiting the dentist is stressful. Lovely, compassionate and caring team. Thank you so much!

Joined as a denplan patient, but had a simple query which has yet to be answered and has been ongoing for 2 weeks. They never answer the phone or phone you back when they say they will, then when they do eventually call back days later I have been told that I would receive a further call back to answer the query later that day, which has not materialised. Waste of an £82 consultancy fee, but would rather give my business elsewhere as I have completely lost confidence. I would avoid as clearly they are not interested in retaining patients, nor do they provide the level of customer service expected for private patients, especially if there was a dental emergency.

I've been going to this practice for over 10years and it's always been a good experience coming to the dentist. The reception staff have always been very pleasant and helpful whilst on the phone etc. However, I did visit the Hygenist 2 weeks ago and I found she was very rough on my gums, it was never sore like that any other time I've visited the Hygienist.Yes, it has been sensitive and uncomfortable in the past whilst having a more precise and thorough clean but it is bearable to sit and have it done. However, on this occasion it was quite sore. The following day my back gum was painful at my molar and became very inflamed and irritated and my back teeth ached. After 2 phonecalls, I was offered to come back to see the dentist so they could have a check over (only since I asked to have the appointment). When i seen the dentist, I was informed that it was all fine; no infection and to carry on with pain relief as I've been doing. I suggested to the dentist it could have been caused by the hygienist cleaning that area of my gum as the inflammation and pain started after i seen her, but no - straight away the dentist was on the defensive that it was purely coincidence that this happened and my gum is prone to this happening with brushing that area. I just got the impression as though id wasted their time.Fair enough, but I personally think the hygienist went overboard on my gums while cleaning and since then I've been stuck in pain with this for 2 weeks after my appointment. Sorry, but I do not think that's a coincidence".I don't want to leave this practice as it is brilliantly run but I would not visit this hygienist again."

Friendly and considerate staff. Very apparent that they care about their patients. Dentist who treated me was very patient with me as I expressed my fears of going to the dentist and they took great efforts in making sure I was comfortable. Not to mention how thorough they were in regards to my treatment.

I do not love going to the dentist, who does? I have always been made to feel welcome and at ease when I finally get into the chair. My kids have always been fine going to see Lisa. I haven't ever had any bad experiences and I've had veneers, crowns lots of work done Lisa is great. I always recommend to friends and family
