Good customer service. Food and chips are just fine. The shop was super empty when I went and I received my order in 4 minutes. The seats were clean. The hotel doesn't have a washroom or washbasin. You are not saving water at the customer's cost, and it would be good if the hotel has at least a washbasin. Thanks

New place in Manchester City centre. Right next to the main bus station at Shudehill.Top prices. Food is amazing loads to pick from loads of meals on the menu. Nice place to sit in when it raining or quick take out if your on the go. Definitely go check this place out you don’t be disappointed. Staff are really nice full of smiles. The place is spotless clean. And the BBQ wings amazing.

Decor is pretty cool and it’s definitely an upgrade to the conventional “chicken shop”!However today I found the customer service poor. No smiles or even a thank you. I had the combo meal with a spicy burger and wings. I found the burger very salty and so did my partner. It doesn’t stand up to Philadelphia’s and lacks flavour.The wings were good though and was cooked perfectly. The fries portion was pretty big and tasted fresh. They have a good selection of drinks to choose from and the food arrival pretty quick. It’s a shame the customer service and burger let it down as I had high hopes.

Chicken tower with hash brown, truly exceptional, could not improve. Size, taste, quality all amazing and at a reasonable price, quick walk from Victoria. Didn't need to make it a meal. Recommend!

For the area it’s well priced. Nice vibe. Clean and friendly staff. The food tho ? Not for me. The portion was rather small. More batter and less chicken. Asked for spicy was just mild. Still good for some. I just been spoiled by other chicken places. Not tried the fried chicken or wings. But definitely will need to try the other dishes.

We came here to buy something for dinner, since we were waiting at a bus stop nearby for the bus, which, as always in England, was late.The place is small, but cozy, cool interior, there are few places to sit.The menu was good and varied. The food is delicious. Prices are reasonable.The only downside to this establishment was the lack of a toilet.
