This review took a bit longer as the bubba is keeping us very busy now but hey, better late than never! I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jade and Jasmine for their help and for making sure we get all our items in time. They kept their word and arranged everything as promised. All the items arrived well before the birth and we are very happy with the iCandy and Cybex bundle which beat the prices seen anywhere else by 50%. There was also a free hamper box which had some nice items we now use everyday. Great company with unbeatable prices and great customer service. If you are in rush with delivery, check with their team regarding your ETA as some items might need to come from the factory - the team will go the extra mile to satisfy your needs and keep you informed throughout! Thank you!

Spoke with Jasmine at the weekend about purchasing the best travel/portable pram. She recommended the Silver Cross Jet 3. Having gone away and done further research I needn't have bothered as she was absolutely right! Very happy with the high quality of customer service Jasmine and the team at Baby Birds provided me as well as the after service in terms of communications sent after purchase - eg tracking number, when to expect main order and other purchases. Expecting the Pram itself tomorrow and very excited to be pushing it soon with the little one onboard. Have to say because they seemed so nice over the phone and they're a UK based independent business I was happy to give them my money and loved having that extra excuse to buy some pram accessories from them. Thanks for the assistance and so far so good.

Jade was so incredibly helpful when I phoned up Baby Birds. I was looking for a bespoke size mattress and she was able to help us and even tag the order onto an order I'd already made a bit earlier! I just wish all customer service representatives from other companies were as helpful as her. Thank you :)

We ordered a pushchair for my baby 2 weeks before our holidays. We had to change the colour as the picked one was not available but even with that, we got our item in 2-3 days. Good communication and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Wouldnt reccommend shopping here as all states on website instock when infact it isnt also requested a refund to which they deduct an admin fee for somthing that isnt customers.fault if you updated your stock on your website instead of letting customers open a payment plan and pay of an item that clearly isnt in stock also before you say depends on manufactuer its YOUR website you should state clearly your not 100% guarenteed the item as with just over 2 weeks til my baby is born iv now no travel system and have to wait 12 working days for a refund!!!! Shambles stayyy away and read reviews clearly before buying from this website!!! Not accurtate stock or time frame but they are more than ok to let you open a payment plan pay of the discontinued item" then deduct an admin fee!! What a joke!!!!!!!! And to be charged an admin fee!!!!"

Please don’t use these. Website said the pram was in stock and it was 7-10 days delivery. It has taken nearly a month and every time we ring up they simply say it will be early next week. Just avoid them

I recently purchased a cybex car seat from Babybirds. I was a bit dubious as had never heard of them before, but on a Google search they were offering a good deal. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer delay, but I was kept informed and offered alternatives as a solution if I couldn’t wait. So happy I took the chance to purchase from this independent business, the service was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

Similar to other reviews when purchasing the item against the actual item it said 5-7 days delivery. But 14 working days later no delivery so asked for a refund as I can get it elsewhere next day delivery for the same price. But unlike others who said the customer service was good. I didn't think it was. No apology no explanation when contacted.

Having read other reviews, it sounds like this is a very common theme. Definitely something they have not taken on board or fixed, regardless of the bad feedback. I Ordered an item, with a 7-10 days delivery window (I’m sure you’ll see this a lot when you read other reviews). 10 days passed and i hadn’t even received a dispatch notice. Took me proactively making 4 phone calls over the next 3 days to the team to finally get a response saying that they didn’t even have it in stock and won’t have it for another 1-2 months. If I hadn’t have made the contact I can only assume they would have just had me waiting. Refund issued and I now have to wait up to 5 days to get my money back. Disappointed all round. Don’t advertise things you don’t have in stock. Im also not expecting any response to this other than the scripted response they give to other negative reviews.

Ordered joie signature iplenti. Didn't bother communicating and it was me that was chasing up the order. Stated that 7-10 workings days of delivery. Well try 20 working days..and no one bothered to contact me for the tracking number. Really wished I didn't order from them. My mistake and never again!
