Ali has now rescued my Dell laptop twice. He is a real expert, with a passion for getting the right solution quickly for the customer. He is an excellent (and humorous) communicator, and gives valuable advice and explanations of what he is doing and what are the best options. And he is very fair (and even generous) in his charges.

ali is so lovely and helpful! super kind as-well had a look at my laptop free of charge and then got all my data off for me as my laptop was not salvageable. he also was really super lovely and managed to get my stickers off my laptop in pristine condition :)

I had a miscommunication with Ali, but he dealt with it really well and did a great job on my laptop. It's working a lot better already and I'd recommend him to my friends. I'd definitely use the shop again in the future, he's really friendly and knowledgeable. He's also really informative and good at communicating whilst he's working on the fixes.

Absolutely amazing service - Ali was really helpful and recommended a good Dell laptop, that I purchased for my son to use. Please take the time to read this.I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and quick Ali was. I came in with an urgent, time-sensitive problem, and he was able to offer a solution that met my exact needs (NO UPSELLING), budget (VERY AFFORDABLE) and on top of it he said he could get it done quickly (SAME OR NEXT DAY). Obviously I was skeptical, because it is rare that you find someone who does not try to charge you to fix more than you need. Much less did I expect that he would call me slightly after the closing hours of the store to offer me to pick up since he had finished it that same day. I wholeheartedly recommend using Computer Rescue UK for any tech problems you may have, and they will undoubtedly have my business if I should need their services in the future.

My laptop's SSD stopped working and so I started looking for a place to replace it. Chose this shop because of the quality of the reviews online. Went there at lunch time and laptop was fixed same day. Ali explained what happened, suggested what to do, and kept me updated. We had a really nice chat too. Genuinely nice. Would definitely recommend to others. Top marks!

Really great experience here. Took my laptop in with a broken screen and spoke to Ali. He gave me an estimate and said he’d call with a quote which he did really quick. He ordered the screen and got it all fixed within two days of me bringing it in. Super friendly, no nonsense and just all round great service. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time I need to!
