Car Park was Full! No disabled parking left. Sheesh!Expected Buzz to be Buzzing inside, but luckily, it was very quiet. More chances of winning, and we did! 2 wins £115 Yaay!

Every single time I come here I’m being asked for my id , I come every single week servered by the same person every time and has seen my id every time iv been for the past 5 weeks yet still I’m getting asked for id becoming a joke !

Whilst I have not played the bingo here as it not my jam, I have a medical issue and the gentleman on the front desk today at lunchtime very kindly allowed me entrance to use the facilities when I got caught short doing my shopping in farmfoods. He was very polite and understanding.

Unfriendly staff, refused to let my mum go the toilet because she didn't have a membership whilst she was shopping in the area. She was made to feel embarrassed by there reception horrible people

After finding out my high functioning autistic brother was verbally abused by a member of the public because he was being stressed over another person VAPING in the bingo hall right by him, the manager told my wife that vaping in the bingo hall is fine. Will not be spending another penny there while the manager Tracie works there.

Staff are great, really friendly and helpful. Especially with my daughter who has tourettes. We love coming here and feel included which is amazing. Thank you to all the staff
