I have been on a lot of holidays with different companies. When booking with Lisa at Tui Edinburgh gyle she made us feel so comfortable and helped us so much with our cruise holiday. We couldn't ask for anymore from Lisa. Anytime I have had a question and popped into store all the girls have been so helpful.I would definitely recommend this store and I wouldn't book anywhere else now

I live in Ireland and wanted to book a TUI vacation out of the UK. Unfortunately Ireland is not on the drop down menu on the main website. I called the customer service number listed. My call was answered straight away and I spoke to Emma at the Edinburgh Gyle retail store. She was so helpful, and tried her very hardest to work through the problem. She was successful and walked me through the website to make the payment. We spoke a long time to accomplish this, and she was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She gave me her personal number in case I had any further questions. I can't praise TUI enough for the high standard of their staff. So unusual nowadays!

Prior to getting assistance from Lisa, I was considering booking a holiday online. I’m so pleased that I got advice from Lisa to book a ski holiday, she was able to give detailed information on the resorts, best place to stay and restaurants and transfers to the resorts. Lisa helped me plan a great holiday and guided me with important issues that I hadn’t even thought about and helped me book a holiday that caters for a group with various interests and skiing ability. Our holiday is going to be far better from getting the inside knowledge of a travel adviser and I also feel much more confident that everyone is going to have a great holiday.

My friend and I were looking to book a last-minute holiday after finishing our uni exams and we spoke to Mandy at the Gyle.Mandy was so friendly and she listened to what we were looking for including good food and fun activities and as keen swimmers were very keen to have access to a pool! She found us the perfect half-board hotel in Lake Garda with flights and transfer included. We were super impressed by how well-suited the trip was given that it booked just 6 hours before the flight departed. We will definitely get back in touch with Mandy going forward to book our future uni getaways.

Just recently visited TUI Gyle shop to book a 7 day cruise to Eastern Europe. I was served by Louise, whose knowledge of the cruise was second to none. With great patience & professionalism she guided us through the countries we would be visiting, explaining the advantages of having a cabin with a balcony & buying the premium drinks package. She was also able to recommend & provide details of the available excursions. She then explained how to navigate the Marcella cruise control app, relating to us all the essential information about covid, passports & travel insurance. As I have never cruised before & was a little hesitant at first, Louise was able to put my mind at ease. Can’t recommend her customer service, highly enough

Always book with TUI at Edinburgh Gyle with Mandy who is always extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Just booked our next cruise with her on Monday and she got us a great deal, she never rushes you and makes sure you're happy with everything - she also tells you that you can pop in anytime if you have any questions, we're happy customers!!
