absolutely terrible food: do not waste your money food came cold. naan bread was hard and chewy honestly was a very difficult to chew; someone’s denchers came clean off, and couldn’t eat after 2 bites. asked for no sweetcorn since my friend is allergic, weird i know, she was bullied relentlessly for her sweetcorn allergy, but pizza came drenched and had to use her EPI pen to try and save her but unfortunately it was too late. very upset with the result, caused emotional distress and haven’t slept in yonks, hope this makes everyone lean a lesson!in conclusion food was foul, denchers ruined, friend dead and all over bad experience. ( just shows how much food can affect someone)

Was waiting over an hour for my food, wanted to go to bed but could not. When the food arrived, about an hour and a half late, I received no apology from the driver. The food was fully cold and didn’t even taste good, tasted hardly edible. Ruined my bloody night.

I totally do not recommend, I ordered food at 11.50pm and the delivery driver rings me at 2am in the morning to deliver the food. When trying to contact them for an update they do not answer the phone. Awful service do not recommend for delivery, upon reading the reviews this is a recurring thing beware before ordering.

Shish kebab? A wellington boot would have more flavour and be less chewy. Salad consisted of a few pieces of soggy onions and a tiny bit of lettuce. God knows what the white sauce splattered all over it was meant to be…darent even attempt it. How this place hasn’t been shut down I don’t know.

Terrible place to order!!! my first time and last time paid 12.50 for my food and never arrived, I’ve been waiting for 11 hours and the phone number that’s been giving by the takeaway is switched off… what a scam

Ordered food and haven’t even received it, won’t even answer the phone to see if it will turn up or not, honestly a waste of time even ordering food from here

SCAMMERS.If I could give 0* I could. Placed an order with them through Just Eat. App said it had been delivered even though we had no knowledge of it. I tried phoning them 7 times before someone answered. They claimed the driver had knocked on our door (they hadn't) and that they'd tried to call me (they hadn't). I asked them if they'd gone to the wrong address as it has happened before, and they were adimant they hadn't. When I asked them to try and bring it out again or give me a refund, they hung up on me. I rung them straight back, asked again, and after 10 minutes of arguing they said they'll refund me but to never order from them again.Terrible customer service and all out tried to steal money from me. No way did they even come to my house with any food. Avoid at all costs, they're just going to try and rob you. Deserve to be out of business.

Lovely delivery driver but wrong drink, soggy chips, wrong source when asked to specify, dry burger and the food was delayed half hour, then the driver went to the wrong hotel. So the food was cold. Will not order from Grill King again

Foods wasn’t great the chips was very under cooked & a mixture between fries & crinkle cut chips , hardly on meat on the kebab make salad than anything The portions was tiny. First time I had ordered from here and shall be the last.
