Service very slow from entering into store to being served was a 15min wait, half term and peak time, queue out the door, with 1 member of staff serving. Staffing levels needs to be sorted especially if now it's the main go to place for food.

This has to be the slowest and worst run Greggs I go to l, every time I go in a slow moving queue to the door and hardly anyone serving, I waited 20 minutes in here once just to grab a sausage bean n cheese, that when I got my hands on it was cold. This morning 11 in the queue, one poor queue doing his best to serve as quick as he could but after nearly 10 minutes and one person being served, I gave up the ghost and walked out, not the first time I've done that at this store. In short if you're in a hurry look elsewhere!

Normally Greggs are efficient and sell good food.This outlet on Pride Hill did sell good food, BUT the tables were full of left over food and debris. Could not use the toilet!I see another reviewer 9 months ago had a similar experience. There is clearly a problem of management here.Update 13th Dec 23: much improved. ✅️ Noted that toilets now shut to stop misuse of facilities.

Tuna crunch roll and latte were good, store very busy and not a lot of sandwich options available. Served reasonably quickly despite a few people queuing. Ate in, the table could have done with a wipe. Staff obviously doing the best they could.

Toilet always not available. Why have seating allow drinks and food like a restaurant with no toilets. Again . It should be a takeaway.

The food we tried was good but the black coffee was the worst I've ever had, not even with sugar it tasted nice. Two of us had it and think the same.

I always go to Greggs but this one is not so great. On 3 occasions staff had my order wrong and I normally have a mocha and biscuit only! Each time you get served by staff they’re not polite. Staff seems to have a preference when it comes to politeness. Today I was served by a young girl and she decided to be polite to certain people leaving myself and someone else out! It’s rude and unprofessional. You should treat everyone equally. I will avoid this Greggs in the future.
