Called Porthcawl Funeral Services in the middle of the night upon my Dads passing.. From the moment Richard arrived at my home I was touched by the genuine empathy, dignity and respect shown to my Dad and our family.All aspects of the funeral were taken out of our hands, with regular updates from Richard.The total professionalism, kindess and care was second to none and made an extremely emotional time in our lives that much easier.Thank you Sarah and Richard
